| Resumen : | El proyecto de investigación desarrollado estuvo focalizado en la gestión financiera de las PYMES del sector pesquero y el impacto en el desarrollo socio económico de la población en los años 2020. Para la cual se identificó más de 100 pequeñas y mediana empresas (PYMES) que promueven la economía pesquera del cantón Manta, del cual se determinó como inciden en la Gestión Financiera de la ciudad, también el impacto en su desarrollo socio económico entre sus habitantes, debido al tiempo difícil que se está viviendo en el mundo. Fue una investigación de enfoque mixto, es decir, se procedió a la recolección y análisis de datos cuantitativos y cualitativos donde se aplicaron técnicas de observación directa y encuesta a un grupo de 100 representantes de PYMES del sector, los cuales fueron encuestados. Así mismo se pudo constatar la gestión financiara en este sector y la problemática que afecta directamente a los ciudadanos Mantenses debido a que su gran mayoría son colaboradores de las PYMES del sector, que están exclusivamente dedicados a la venta de productos pesqueros para generar ingresos y cubrir las necesidades básicas de sus familias. |
| Descripción : | The research project developed was focused on the financial management of PYMES in the fishing sector and the impact on the socio-economic development of the population in the years 2020. For which more than 100 small and medium-sized enterprises (PYMES) were identified that promote the fishing economy of the Manta canton, which was determined as they affect the Financial Management of the city, as well as the impact on its socio-economic development among its inhabitants, due to the difficult times that the world is experiencing. It was a mixed approach research, that is, quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis was carried out where direct observation techniques and surveys were applied to a group of 100 representatives of SMEs in the sector, who were surveyed. Likewise, it was possible to verify the financial management in this sector and the problems that directly affect the citizens of Mantenses due to the fact that the vast majority are collaborators of the SMEs in the sector, which are exclusively dedicated to the sale of fishery products to generate income and cover the basic needs of their families. |
