| Resumen : | La presente investigación denominada Gestión Administrativa y Sistema de calidad: caso exportador de cacao JOERBRY, cantón Quinindé, año 2021, tiene como finalidad determinar la incidencia de la gestión administrativa en el sistema de calidad de la empresa, así como también conocer los problemas administrativos en cuanto al control de calidad a las cuales se enfrenta en términos de comercialización y exportación. Para cumplir los objetivos planteados, se realizó el reconocimiento de la institución objeto de estudio, tendiente a identificar las características de las actividades que desarrolla y la información que genera, punto de referencia para realizar el análisis de la gestión administrativa y sistema de calidad, a través de la revisión del proceso administrativo y sistemas de calidad existentes, para lo cual la metodología que se aplicó para el desarrollo de este trabajo fue el enfoque cualitativo-cuantitativo, con los tipos de investigación: descriptivo, bibliográfico y de campo, los métodos de investigación a utilizar son: deductivo e inductivo, analítico, estadístico y bibliográfico y las técnicas de recolección de datos serán observación, encuestas y entrevistas. Los resultados obtenidos fueron que, debido a la poca colaboración en cuanto a la entrega de información se propuso el proceso administrativo de la comercializadora y exportadora JOERBRY SA, el sistema de calidad de la empresa es algo débil, debido a que posee personal escasamente capacitados en Normas INEN y que debido a la pandemia los niveles de exportación tendieron a bajar. Se recomienda a la entidad tomar medidas correctivas que mejoren la gestión administrativa y su sistema de calidad. |
| Descripción : | The present investigation called Administrative Management and Quality System: JOERBRY cocoa exporter case, Quinine canton, year 2021, has the purpose of determining the incidence of administrative management in the quality system of the company, as well as knowing the administrative problems in in terms of quality control that it faces in terms of marketing and export. In order to meet the stated objectives, the institution under study was recognized, tending to identify the characteristics of the activities it develops and the information it generates, a point of reference to carry out the analysis of the administrative management and quality system, to through the review of the administrative process and existing quality systems, for which the methodology that was proposed to apply for the development of this work was the qualitative-quantitative approach, with the types of research: descriptive, bibliographic and field, the methods of research to be used are: deductive and inductive, analytical, statistical and bibliographic and the data collection techniques will be observation, surveys and interviews. The results obtained were that, due to the little collaboration regarding the delivery of information, the administrative process of the marketer and exporter JOERBRY SA was proposed, the quality system of the company is somewhat weak, due to the fact that it has personnel poorly trained in INEN standards and that due to the pandemic export levels tended to drop. It is recommended that the entity take corrective measures to improve administrative management and its quality system. |
