| Resumen : | La presente investigación está basada en el estudio para el desarrollo de un sistema informático que permita poder realizar el proceso de facturación de una manera digital en la Junta de Agua Potable de la Parroquia La América, lo cual es un requerimiento indispensable para la institución, considerando que se debe de contar con una herramienta que permita sistematizar el proceso de recaudación además de proteger la información personal de los usuarios, para llevar a cabo este proyecto se tomaron en cuenta las dificultades presentadas actualmente con los usuarios, se recopilo la información necesaria y se analizó la mejor solución con el fin de realizar un sistema informático donde se almacenen todos los procesos que se registran de forma manual, gracias al levantamiento de información se pudieron definir de manera precisa los requerimientos por parte de la Junta de Agua, a fin de poder brindarles atención mediante el cumplimiento del objetivo general del presente estudio, en complemento se profundizo más sobre el proyecto en el marco teórico a través de revistas científicas, libros y páginas web que representan la calidad de la investigación científica, la misma que se basó en métodos de investigación histórico-lógico, estadístico-matemático y bibliográfico con técnicas como la observación, estableciendo los elementos necesarios con las encuestas efectuadas para el desarrollo de hipótesis y resultados anhelados. Los argumentos que se presentarán en el proyecto de investigación irán desde la conceptualización de sistemas informáticos, su estructura, funciones y características lo que nos ayudara a conocer con mayor profundidad estos temas, así como saber conceptos básicos sobre los elementos que se manejarán en la construcción del sistema informático. |
| Descripción : | The present investigation is based on the study for the development of a computer system that allows to carry out the billing process in a digital way in the Potable Water Board of the La América Parish, which is an essential requirement for the institution, considering that there must be a tool that allows systematizing the collection process in addition to protecting the personal information of the users, to carry out this project the difficulties currently presented with the users were taken into account, the necessary information was collected and analyzed the best solution in order to carry out a computer system where all the processes that are recorded manually are stored, thanks to the collection of information, the requirements could be precisely defined by the Water Board, in order to be able to provide them with care by fulfilling the general objective of this study, in complement o The project was deepened in the theoretical framework through scientific journals, books and web pages that represent the quality of scientific research, which was based on historical-logical, statistical-mathematical and bibliographic research methods with techniques such as observation, establishing the necessary elements with the surveys carried out for the development of hypotheses and desired results. The arguments that will be presented in the research project will range from the conceptualization of computer systems, their structure, functions and characteristics, which will help us to know these issues in greater depth, as well as to know basic concepts about the elements that will be handled in the construction. of the computer system. |
