| Resumen : | El sector pesquero en el cantón Puerto López actualmente se enfrenta con problemas relacionados a deficiencias en la elaboración de planes estratégicos, que en consecuencia afecta al proceso de contribuir a su desarrollo corporativo y limita un mejor enfoque empresarial en su actividad productiva. En el presente proyecto se realiza un diagnóstico sobre las causas que afectan el desarrollo corporativo del sector pesquero, además se identifica el proceso que se requiere seguir para la elaboración de un plan estratégico para este sector. El objetivo de la investigación es determinar de qué manera la planificación estratégica afecta al desarrollo corporativo del sector pesquero del cantón Puerto López, año 2021. Correspondió a una investigación exploratoria y descriptiva con enfoque cuantitativo-cualitativo y la utilización de los métodos: inductivo-deductivo, analítico-sintético, documental y estadístico, aplicando una encuesta a una muestra de 340 pescadores y una entrevista al presidente de la Asociación de Pescadores de Puerto López. Los resultados determinaron que solo el 74% de los pescadores pertenecen a un gremio, dejando un 26% que no integran ninguna grupo debido al poco interés o desconocimiento de los beneficios de asociarse, por otra parte, poco más de la mitad de los pescadores no tienen noción acerca de planificación estratégica, lo que genera una brecha de desventaja administrativas y estratégicas, asimismo, existen opiniones variadas, respecto a las acciones que pueden permitir el desarrollo corporativo en el sector. Recomendando acceder a Instituciones Gubernamentales e Instituciones de Educación Superior para el acompañamiento en la elaboración de un plan estratégico. |
| Descripción : | The fishing sector in the Puerto López canton is currently facing problems related to deficiencies in the development of strategic aircraft, which consequently affects the process of contributing to its corporate development and limits a better business approach in its productive activity. In this project, a diagnosis is made of the causes that arise from the corporate development of the fishing sector, in addition, the process that is required to be followed for the elaboration of a strategic plan for this sector is identified. The objective of the research is to determine how strategic planning affects the corporate development of the fishing sector of the Puerto López canton, year 2021. It corresponded to an exploratory and descriptive research with a quantitative-qualitative approach and the use of the methods: inductive-deductive, analytical-synthetic, documentary and statistical, applying a survey to a sample of 340 fishermen and an interview with the president of the Puerto López Fishermen's Association. The results determined that only 74% of the fishermen belong to a union, leaving 26% that do not integrate any group due to little interest or ignorance of the benefits of joining, on the other hand, little more than half of the fishermen do not they have a notion about strategic planning, which generates a gap of administrative and strategic disadvantage, they have, there are varied opinions, regarding the actions that can allow corporate development in the sector. Recommending access to Government Institutions and Higher Education Institutions for support in the development of a strategic plan. |
