| Resumen : | En el ámbito laboral las instituciones no le prestan la debida atención al principal activo que es el talento humano, lo que conlleva que exista deficiencia en sus desempeños y labores diarias, por ese motivo la presente investigación con el tema, ´´Proceso administrativo y el desempeño laboral: Caso Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del Cantón 24 de Mayo periodo 2019-2021´´ tiene como objetivo principal determinar la incidencia de los procesos administrativos en el desempeño laboral del GAD municipal del Cantón 24 de Mayo. En el proyecto de investigación se utilizó los métodos bibliográficos, deductivo, inductivo, análisis-síntesis y las técnicas de observación y encuesta, en la cual se pudo recopilar toda la información sobre los procesos administrativos y la manera y el desempeño laboral del personal del GAD municipal de estudio la cual fue necesaria para lograr obtener los resultados que ayudaron a tener una idea más clara, concreta y específica, esto se llevó a cabo en el sitio de estudio, donde se encuestó al personal de diferentes áreas, para conocer el funcionamiento interno de los procesos administrativos, seguimiento y control en el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores, la información recabada ha sido de gran importancia para llevar a cabo los debidos procesos de forma ordenada y organizada. De acuerdo con la investigación, la situación actual del personal del Gad Municipal se encuentra que el desempeño laboral es deficiente, esto se debe a la poca actualización de conocimientos y profesionalismo ya que no son capacitados en sus áreas establecidas. |
| Descripción : | In the labor field, the institutions do not pay attention to the main active that is the staff, which implies that there is a deficiency in their performance and daily tasks, for this reason the present investigation with the theme ´´Administrative process and performance Labor: Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del Cantón 24 de Mayo period 2019-2021; has as its main objective to determine the incidence of administrative processes in the work performance of the municipal GAD of the Cantón 24 de Mayo. In the research project, bibliographic, deductive, inductive, analysis- synthesis methods and observation and survey techniques were used, in which all the information on the administrative processes and the manner and work performance of the GAD staff could be collected. municipal study which was necessary to obtain the results that helped to have a clearer, more concrete and specific idea, this was carried out in the study site, where the personnel of different areas were surveyed, to know the internal functioning of the administrative processes, monitoring and control in the work performance of the workers, the information collected has been of great importance to carry out the due processes in an orderly and organized manner. According to the investigation, the current situation of the GAD staff finds that job performance is poor, this is due to the lack of updating of knowledge and professionalism since they are not trained in their established areas. |
