| Resumen : | El presente proyecto de investigación surge de la necesidad de analizar el sector agroindustrial de la ciudad de Quinindé, su crecimiento empresarial y desarrollo local cuyo problema general y objetivo principal fue determinar de qué manera el crecimiento empresarial beneficia al desarrollo de la ciudad de Quinindé, donde se observó que presenta inconvenientes por la baja producción de materia prima y por la afectación de plagas, por ende, las grandes industrias como La Fabril y Palmera de los Andes presentan problemas de crecimiento agroindustrial, se analizó el estado actual del sector agroindustrial de la ciudad para conocer su crecimiento en los períodos 2016 a 2020, identificando los factores tales como: poco manejo de recursos para innovar, baja inversión en plaguicidas y fertilizantes para los cultivos, etc. Estos factores que presenta el sector, facilitarán definir los beneficios que aportará el crecimiento empresarial que tendrá el desarrollo local de la ciudad de Quinindé. Mediante metodología utilizada y aplicadas en este trabajo, se utilizaron métodos tales como: Método no experimental, Deductivo, Inductivo, Estadístico y Bibliográfico, así también se aplicaron técnicas tales como: FODA, Entrevista y encuestas. Estos métodos fueron de gran ayuda para obtener resultados y conclusiones así, como también conocer la situación actual del sector agroindustrial de la ciudad de Quinindé. |
| Descripción : | This research project arises from the need to analyze the agro-industrial sector of the city of Quinindé, its business growth and local development whose general problem and main objective was to determine how business growth benefits the development of the city of Quinindé, where It was observed that it presents inconveniences due to the low production of raw material and the affectation of pests, therefore, large industries such as La Fabril and Palmera de los Andes have problems of agro-industrial growth, the current state of the agro-industrial sector of the city was analyzed to know its growth in the periods 2016 to 2020, identifying factors such as: little resource management to innovate, low investment in pesticides and fertilizers for crops, etc. These factors presented by the sector will make it easier to define the benefits that the business growth will bring from the local development of the city of Quinindé. Through the methodology used and applied in this work, methods such as: Non-experimental, Deductive, Inductive, Statistical and Bibliographic method were used, as well as techniques such as: SWOT, Interview and surveys. These methods were of great help to obtain results and conclusions as well, as well as to know the current situation of the agro-industrial sector of the city of Quinindé. |
