| Resumen : | El recurso humano en la actualidad en las pequeñas, medianas y grandes empresas es considerado como uno de los elementos más importantes para el éxito del crecimiento y desarrollo empresarial, a partir de la pandemia Covid 19 ha tenido que reajustarse a un nuevo escenario laboral y cultura corporativa, por esta razón se desarrolla la presente investigación en Azuluna Ecolodge que se realizó con el objetivo general “Determinar como la gestión de talento humano incide en el crecimiento empresarial de la Hostería Azuluna Ecolodge del cantón Puerto López, año 2021”, la cual debido a diversos factores internos ha funcionado bajo una estructura organizativa deficiente, debido a que no existe un proceso de selección y reclutamiento de talento humano tanto de las áreas administrativas como operativas. El método de investigación utilizado es el analítico-sintético, que permitió recabar información de fuentes primarias y secundarias, además del uso de instrumentos de investigación aplicados al administrador y personal que forman parte de este establecimiento turístico. Los resultados obtenidos a través de la técnica de la entrevista y encuesta demuestra que la Hostería presenta problemas en la gestión del talento humano, delegación de funciones, desarrollo de funciones de manera empírica, falta de una estructura corporativa por lo que es necesario el desarrollo de un Modelo de Gestión de talento humano considerando sus fortalezas, oportunidades, debilidades y amenazas del entorno. Además de la aplicación de estrategias que generen un cambio radical en busca del crecimiento empresarial para este establecimiento. |
| Descripción : | The human resource at present in small, medium and large companies is considered one of the most important elements for the success of business growth and development, since the Covid 19 pandemic it has had to readjust to a new work scenario and culture corporate, for this reason the present investigation is developed in Azuluna Ecolodge that was carried out with the general objective "Determine how the management of human talent affects the business growth of the Hostería Azuluna Ecolodge of the Puerto López canton, year 2021", which due to Due to various internal factors, it has functioned under a deficient organizational structure, due to the fact that there is no selection and recruitment process for human talent in both the administrative and operational areas. The research method used is the analytical-synthetic, which allowed the collection of information from primary and secondary sources, in addition to the use of research instruments applied to the administrator and staff that are part of this tourist establishment. The results obtained through the interview and survey technique show that the Inn presents problems in the management of human talent, delegation of functions, development of functions in an empirical way, lack of a corporate structure, which is why it is necessary to develop a Human Talent Management Model considering its strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and environmental threats. In addition to the application of strategies that generate a radical change in search of business growth for this establishment. |
