| Resumen : | En el proyecto de investigación cuyo tema es: La gestión administrativa y su incidencia en el fortalecimiento organizacional en la Asociación el Sombrerito Machalilla, período 2021-2022 se evidencia la carencia de objetivos estratégicos, generando debilidades en el cumplimiento de su misión y visión; además, la asociación no cuenta con manuales de funciones, por lo que no hay división de tareas lo que genera multifunciones en las actividades. En este sentido, el objetivo de investigación fue determinar la gestión administrativa y su incidencia en el fortalecimiento organizacional en la asociación el sombrerito Machalilla, del cantón Puerto López, año 2021. Los métodos que se utilizaron fueron método deductivo, documental, de análisis con la técnica de la encuesta, por lo cual la investigación sigue un enfoque cualitativo, descriptivo, de campo y revisión documental. Se constató en los resultados que un 67% de los encuestados refirieron que si influye el comportamiento del individuo en el desempeño administrativo. |
| Descripción : | The research project that is detailed on administrative management and organizational strengthening seeks to improve the knowledge of society, which focuses on serving administrative processes. In this sense is to determine the administrative management and its impact on organizational strengthening in the association El Sombrerito Machalilla, in the canton of Puerto López, year 2021. It is intended to benefit the partners of El Sombrerito in Machalilla, and in the same way the student. and author of this scientific study. The research follows a qualitative, descriptive, field and documentary review approach. It was found in the results that 67% of the respondents reported that it did influence the behavior of the individual in administrative performance. |
