| Resumen : | El proceso administrativo es una consecución de etapas en las que se lleva a cabo la práctica administrativa, se encuentra estructurado mediante la planeación, organización, dirección y control, y su adecuada aplicación garantiza el alcance de metas y el fortalecimiento organizacional. El objetivo de este trabajo es establecer la incidencia del proceso administrativo en el fortalecimiento del comercial Osejos, cantón Jipijapa. La metodología aplicada para este proyecto de investigación fue de carácter inductivo, deductivo y analítico. Los tipos de investigación a utilizar son el bibliográfico y el estudio de campo, las técnicas fueron la entrevista aplicada al gerente del comercial Osejos, y la encuesta a los empleados de la empresa. Una vez obtenidos los resultados del proyecto se planteó la propuesta de realizar una auditoría de gestión al comercial Osejos, el cual se enmarca por la planificación preliminar que se basa en la obtención de información para el desarrollo de la misma, seguida de la planificación específica dando a conocer el componente y subcomponentes examinados, además en la ejecución se establece los hallazgos de los subcomponentes, los cuales permiten emitir el informe final y realizar el respectivo seguimiento a las recomendaciones dadas en el informe, donde se evidencia la falta de manuales de funciones para garantizar que las actividades se cumplan de manera eficiente. |
| Descripción : | The administrative process is a series of stages in which the administrative practice is carried out, it is structured through planning, organization, management and control, and its proper application ensures the achievement of goals and organizational strengthening. The objective of this work is to establish the incidence of the administrative process in the strengthening of the commercial Osejos, canton Jipijapa. The methodology applied for this research project was inductive, deductive and analytical. The types of research to be used are bibliographic and field study, the techniques were the interview applied to the manager of the commercial Osejos and the survey taken to the employees of the company. Once the results of the project were obtained, the proposal was made to carry out a management audit of the Osejos commercial, which is framed by the preliminary planning that is based on obtaining information for its development, followed by the specific planning giving to know the component and subcomponents examined, in addition in the execution the findings of the subcomponents are established, which allow to issue the final report and carry out the respective follow-up to the recommendations given in the report, where the lack of manuals of functions for activities are carried out efficiently. |
