| Resumen : | Esta investigación tiene como finalidad realizar una auditoría de ambiental enfocada al proceso de faenamiento de la Empresa de Rastro Municipal del cantón Jipijapa, la misma que está dedicada a actividades de faenamiento en relación al cumplimiento de la gestión ambiental, considerando aquellas asignaciones presupuestarias del Plan de Manejo Ambiental. Para el desarrollo de esta auditoría ambiental al proceso de faenamiento de la Empresa de Rastro Municipal del cantón Jipijapa, se utilizaron las fases de auditoría ambiental emitida por la Contraloría General del Estado, así como el Texto Unificado de la Legislación del Ministerio del Ambiente y demás normativas relacionadas, cabe recalcar además que no se pudo hacer uso de la auditoría ambiental previa, puesto que esta Empresa de Rastro Municipal, no cuenta con una. El objetivo de la auditoría ambiental, es verificar el cumplimiento de la normativa ambiental en el proceso de faenamiento, mediante una ayuda legal vigente medioambiental, emitida por la Contraloría General del Estado. Los resultados obtenidos de la presente auditoría ambiental, permitirá mantener un adecuado control y seguimiento de las actividades que generan impactos ambientales, así como establecer procedimiento que mejoren la gestión y establezcan medidas de carácter correctivo o preventivo para el exitoso cumplimiento de los objetivos y metas de la misma. |
| Descripción : | This investigation is to carry out an environmental audit focused on the slaughter process of the municipal slaughterhouse company of the Jipijapa canton, which is dedicated to slaughter activities in relation to compliance with environmental management, considering those budgetary allocations of the Plan of Environmental Management. For the development of this environmental audit of the slaughter process of the municipal company of Jipijapa canton, the phases of environmental audit issued by the General Comptroller of the State were used, as well as the Unified Text of the Legislation of the Ministry of the Environment and others related regulations, it should also be noted that the previous environmental audit could not be used, since this company does not have one. The objective of the environmental audit is to verify compliance with environmental regulations in the slaughter process, by means of current environmental legal aid, issued by the State Comptroller General's Office. The results obtained from this environmental audit will allow to maintain adequate control and monitoring of the activities that generate environmental impacts, as well as to establish procedures that improve management and establish corrective or preventive measures for the successful fulfillment of the objectives and goals of the same. |
