| dc.description | The theme of this project is Management Quality in the administrative processes of the Jipijapa Municipal Transit Authority in the period 2020. One of the main problems presented was the deficiency in administrative activities, so the main objective was to determine the quality of management and its impact on the administrative processes of the Jipijapa Municipal Transit Authority. The quality of management involves all managerial competencies and skills and the administrative process comprises the set of phases or stages executed sequentially. The research was descriptive, field and bibliographic and used inductive, deductive and statistical methods, as well as a survey as a data collection technique, which was applied to the active staff of the Jipijapa Municipal Traffic Department. The conclusions reached in the research were that the institution has defined objectives by department in order to correctly carry out the execution of activities, it was verified that most of the collaborators do not know what the management indicators are and if they are applied in the company, finally, a management audit was carried out to evaluate the administrative processes of the institution | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente proyecto de investigación tiene como tema Calidad de la Gestión en los procesos administrativos de la Dirección Municipal de Transito del cantón Jipijapa del periodo 2020. Una de las principales problemáticas presentadas fue la deficiencia en las actividades administrativas por lo que se estableció como principal objetivo determinar la calidad de la Gestión y su incidencia en los procesos administrativos de la Dirección Municipal de Transito del cantón Jipijapa. La calidad de la gestión involucra a todas las competencias y habilidades gerenciales y el proceso administrativo comprende el conjunto de fases o etapas ejecutadas de manera secuencial. La investigación fue de tipo descriptiva, de campo y bibliográfica y se emplearon los métodos inductivos, deductivo y estadístico, además se empleó la encuesta como técnica de recolección de datos la cual se aplicó al personal activo de la dirección Municipal de Transito de Jipijapa. Las conclusiones a las que se llegó a la investigación fue que la institución tiene definido objetivos por departamentos con el propósito de realizar correctamente la ejecución de las actividades, se verificó que la mayor parte de los colaboradores desconocen que son los indicadores de gestión y si estos son aplicados en la empresa, por último, se realizó una auditoría de gestión para evaluar los procesos administrativos de la institución. | es_ES |
