| Resumen : | A pesar de que las enfermedades hepáticas no han tenido gran importancia por muchos profesionales en la salud, son pocos los que realmente han investigados sobre este tema, son muchas las enfermedades que se producen en el hígado siendo este el órgano principal del metabolismo humano, entre las enfermedades hepáticas que se presentaron son las hepatitis víricas, hígado graso o esteatosis hepática, qué puede ser alcohólica o no, cirrosis hepática, carcinoma hepatocelular y la hepatitis fulminante con gran prevalencia en la población en general. El objetivo de esta investigación fue analizar las características clínicas y diagnósticas de enfermedades hepáticas asociadas a transaminasas y gamma glutamil transpeptidasa en adultos, entre las complicaciones crónicas de algunos tipos de hepatitis es la cirrosis hepática, una enfermedad que puede permanecer estable por muchos años o bien causar la muerte en pocos meses. Este estudio es de diseño documental, descriptivo y explicativo, para la recolección de la información se utilizó herramientas tecnológicas, internet, tomando en cuenta artículos científicos originales y bibliográficos de páginas y revistas con prestigio académicos, sobre el tema planteado, y los criterios de selección establecidos. Se concluyo que la mayoría de las enfermedades hepáticas presenta diferentes características clínicas, entre ellos sintomatología de fatiga, malestar, pérdida de apetito, dolor abdominal, náuseas, piel y ojos amarillos, así mismo son muchas las enfermedades hepáticas que existen que se determinan a través del diagnóstico clínico de perfil hepático asociada a pruebas complementarias. |
| Descripción : | Although liver diseases have not been of great importance for many health professionals, there are few who have really researched about this topic, there are many diseases that occur in the liver, this being the main organ of human metabolism, among the liver diseases that occurred are viral hepatitis, fatty liver or hepatic steatosis, which may or may not be alcoholic, liver cirrhosis, hepatocellular carcinoma and fulminant hepatitis with high prevalence in the general population. The objective of this research was to analyze the clinical and diagnostic characteristics of liver diseases associated with transaminases and gamma glutamyl transpeptidase in adults, among the chronic complications of some types of hepatitis is liver cirrhosis, a disease that can remain stable for many years or cause death within a few months. This study is of documentary, descriptive and explanatory design, for the collection of information, technological tools, the internet, were used, taking into account original and bibliographic scientific articles from pages and magazines with academic prestige, on the proposed topic, and the selection criteria. established. It was concluded that most liver diseases have different clinical characteristics, including symptoms of fatigue, discomfort, loss of appetite, abdominal pain, nausea, yellow skin and eyes, likewise there are many liver diseases that exist that are determined through the clinical diagnosis of liver profile associated with complementary tests. |
