| Resumen : | Este proyecto de carácter tecnológico describe el proceso de implementación de una central telefónica basada en la tecnología Voz sobre Ip en la carrera de Tecnologías de la Información de la Universidad Estatal del Sur de Manabí, teniendo como objetivo principal la reactivación de las extensiones telefónicas existentes mediante la red interna de la carrera anteriormente mencionada, debido a que el dispositivo encargado de gestionar dichas extensiones está discontinuado y obsoleto. Esté trabajo está estructurado en dos partes, la investigación donde se establecieron los diferentes conceptos sobre la tecnología Voz sobre Ip, características de la central telefónica y criterios técnicos para la implementación, con la ayuda de los métodos analítico, deductivo, de campo, bibliográfico y estadístico-matemático. También se utilizó la técnica de entrevista dirigida a la secretaria de la carrera para definir el muestreo, el cual desarrolló la técnica de encuestas realizadas a 63 estudiantes de la carrera, determinando falencias de comunicación en las áreas administrativas de la carrera de Tecnologías de la Información. La segunda parte del documento es la propuesta que se desarrolló mediante la metodología PMI en su guía PMBOK® quinta edición, puesto que es una metodología ágil para la implementación de equipos informáticos o tecnológicos. Luego de haber realizado una serie de pruebas a la central telefónica Ip instalada, se obtuvieron resultados satisfactorios en la comunicación de datos sobre voz en la red interna, estableciendo nuevamente la comunicación entre las diferentes áreas administrativas de la carrera de Tecnologías de la Información. |
| Descripción : | This technological project describes the implementation process of a telephone exchange based on Voice over IP technology in the Information Technology career of the Universidad Estatal del Sur de Manabí, having as main objective the reactivation of the existing telephone extensions through the internal network of the aforementioned career, since the device in charge of managing these extensions is discontinued and obsolete. This work is structured in two parts, the research where the different concepts about Voice over IP technology, characteristics of the telephone exchange and technical criteria for implementation were established, with the help of analytical, deductive, field, bibliographic and statistical-mathematical methods. It was also used the technique of interview directed to the secretary of the career to define the sample, which developed the technique of surveys conducted to 63 students of the career, determining communication deficiencies in the administrative areas of the career of Information Technologies. The second part of the document is the proposal that was developed through the PMI methodology in its PMBOK® fifth edition guide, since it is an agile methodology for the implementation of computer or technological equipment. After performing a series of tests on the installed IP PBX, satisfactory results were obtained in data over voice communication in the internal network, re-establishing communication between the different administrative areas of the Information Technology career. |
