| Resumen : | La Atención de Enfermería es un método sistemático y organizado para brindar cuidados con eficacia y eficiencia considerados un rol importante dentro de la profesión, encargándose de iniciar el primer contacto de atención con el paciente en base a sus necesidades de salud. El objetivo de la investigación es analizar la atención de enfermería según la percepción de pacientes adultos mayores. La metodología utilizada está basada en la revisión bibliográfica de la literatura científica disponible a partir de revisiones, con la finalidad de recopilar y sintetizar hallazgos de investigaciones realizadas por otros autores, los principales resultados señalan que la atención de enfermería en el adulto mayor se enfoca principalmente en el cuidado a cada paciente de forma individual, ya que no todos presentan los mismos problemas; asimismo permite identificar que el cuidado debe ser realizado por personas calificadas para este accionar, por otro lado se recalca es prioritario conocer de forma adecuada sobre las actividades de enfermería que se debe seguir para abordar estos pacientes. Es por ello que hallazgos evidencian que el 80,26% de los pacientes respondieron nunca han percibido que el profesional de enfermería no realizara actividades tendientes al cuidado del paciente. Por lo tanto, la conclusión de esta investigación se enmarca en que la atención de enfermería está orientada a proporcionar un cuidado que satisfaga las necesidades de este grupo prioritario en todas sus dimensiones de tal manera que se logre el bienestar integral de la persona |
| Descripción : | Nursing Care is a systematic and organized method to provide care effectively and efficiently, considered an important role within the profession, in charge of initiating the first care contact with the patient based on their health needs. The objective of the research is to analyze nursing care according to the perception of elderly patients. The methodology used is based on the bibliographic review of the scientific literature available from reviews, in order to collect and synthesize research findings carried out by other authors, the main results indicate that nursing care in the elderly is mainly focused on in the care of each patient individually, since not all of them present the same problems; it also allows identifying that the care must be carried out by people qualified for this action, on the other hand it is emphasized that it is a priority to know adequately about the nursing activities that must be followed to address these patients. That is why the findings show that 80.26% of the patients who responded have never perceived that the nursing professional did not carry out activities aimed at patient care. Therefore, the conclusion of this research is based on the fact that nursing care is aimed at providing care that meets the needs of this priority group in all its dimensions in such a way that the integral well-being of the person is achieved. |
