| Resumen : | El riesgo biológico es uno de los principales factores que contribuye al accidente laboral en el personal de salud, por encontrarse en exposición continua en las diferentes actividades; generando una alto riesgo de contagio ante virus y bacterias; ésta presente investigación tiene como objetivo: Analizar el riesgo laboral en el personal de enfermería que realiza cuidado directo al paciente con Covid-19, el tipo de investigacion se trata de una revisión bibliográfica teórica, reflexiva y cualitativa, enfocándose en los riesgos laborales a los que el nuevo coronavirus ha sometido a los trabajadores de la salud en tiempos de pandemia. Para la búsqueda y análisis de la información se utilizaron los siguientes descriptores medlineplus, Revistas Ocronos, mayoclinic, Scielo, Portales medicos, BVS, Revista cubana de enfermería, artículos e información de la web, de igual manera se tuvo en cuenta datos del Ministerio de Salud Pública y de la Organización Panamericana de la Salud; en español e inglés, de los 25 artículos identificados inicialmente, se seleccionaron 19 y como criterio de selección se tomó en cuenta períodos de publicación no más de 5 años. Los estudios revelaron que entre los principales riesgos existentes en la atención a pacientes afectados por el Covid-19 se encuentran; los factores biológicos, físicos y psicosociales; donde la revisión demostró los potenciales efectos que estos tienen en la salud de los profesionales; evidenciándose la importancia de implementar estrategias de intervención, encaminadas a los riesgos ocupacionales más prevalentes que han existido en la pandemia. |
| Descripción : | Biological risk is one of the main factors that contributes to occupational accidents in health personnel, as they are continuously exposed in different activities; generating a high risk of contagion against viruses and bacteria; The objective of this present investigation is: To analyze the occupational risk in the nursing staff that performs direct care to the patient with Covid-19, the type of investigation is a theoretical, reflexive and qualitative bibliographical review, focusing on the occupational risks to the patients. that the new coronavirus has subjected health workers in times of pandemic. For the search and analysis of the information, the following descriptors were used: medlineplus, Ocronos Magazines, mayoclinic, Scielo, Medical Portals, VHL, Cuban Nursing Magazine, articles and information from the web, in the same way data from the Ministry of Public Health and the Pan American Health Organization; in Spanish and English, of the 25 articles initially identified, 19 were selected and publication periods of no more than 5 years were taken into account as a selection criterion. The studies revealed that among the main existing risks in the care of patients affected by Covid-19 are; biological, physical and psychosocial factors; where the review demonstrated the potential effects that these have on the health of professionals; evidencing the importance of implementing intervention strategies, aimed at the most prevalent occupational risks that have existed in the pandemic. |
