| Resumen : | El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como perspectiva a la gestión productiva de los procesos agrícolas que se ejecutan en el GAD Parroquial la Unión del Cantón Santa Ana. El problema de la investigación radicó en el incumplimiento de los objetivos de los proyectos agrícolas que llevan a cabo los técnicos de la Direccion de Gestión Técnica del GAD. El objetivo fue evaluar la gestión productiva agrícola en el contexto de la administración pública del GAD Parroquial La Unión del cantón Santa Ana. La metodología utilizada tuvo un enfoque cuantitativo; con la aplicación de los métodos inductivo-deductivo, histórico- lógico, descriptivo, bibliográfico y estadístico; la técnica empleada fue la encuesta direccionada al personal de la Dirección de gestión técnica de la institución. Los resultados de la tesis arrojaron que solo en un 50% se ejecutan proyectos productivos que impulsen el rendimiento y las necesidades básicas de las familias productoras. Se llegó a la conclusión que los profesionales del GAD demuestran poco interés, descoordinación y falta de apoyo para poder invertir en proyectos destinados en esta área; a pesar de que poseen bondades geográficas en la parroquia, no se cumple con las expectativas esperadas por los productores del sector, por lo que se requiere que el personal que labora dentro de la Institución estén altamente capacitados, técnicamente en el área agrícola, y esté dispuesto aportar con sus conocimientos para impulsar el desarrollo de proyectos agrícolas que beneficien principalmente a los productores del sector y sus comunidades jurisdiccionales rurales del Cantón Santa Ana. |
| Descripción : | The present research work had as a perspective the productive management of the agricultural processes that are executed in the Parish GAD La Unión del Canton Santa Ana. The problem of the investigation lay in the non-fulfilment of the objectives of the agricultural projects that they carry out the technicians of the Directorate of Technical Management of the GAD. The objective was to evaluate the agricultural productive management in the context of the public administration of the La Unión Parish GAD of the Santa Ana canton. The methodology used had a quantitative approach; with the application of inductive-deductive, historical-logical, descriptive, bibliographic and statistical methods; the technique used was the survey addressed to the staff of the institution's Technical Management Department. The results of the thesis showed that only 50% of productive projects are carried out that boost the performance and basic needs of producer families. It was concluded that the professionals of the GAD show little interest, lack of coordination and lack of support to be able to invest in projects destined in this area; Although they have geographical benefits in the parish, the expectations expected by the producers of the sector are not met, for which it is required that the personnel that works within the Institution are highly trained, technically in the agricultural area, and be willing to contribute with their knowledge to promote the development of agricultural projects that mainly benefit the producers of the sector and their rural jurisdictional communities of the Santa Ana Canton. |
