| Resumen : | El objetivo de la presente investigación es proponer una estrategia de fortalecimiento de la participación ciudadana y de incidencia en la Gestión Pública del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del Cantón Rocafuerte. La investigación se basó en un enfoque desde una perspectiva mixta: cualitativa y cuantitativa, con un diseño de nivel descriptivo no experimental, será de tipo documental y de campo. Se levantará información de registros administrativos y documentos oficiales del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado acerca de las normativas y proceso implementados para promover la participación ciudadana, se levantará información de ciudadanos y ciudadanas a fin de identificar su nivel de participación en la gestión pública a través de la implementación de los mecanismos de participación ciudadana y control social, además se levantará información de las y los dirigentes de organizaciones sociales y miembros de las instancias de participación del cantón, de la misma manera se desarrollara una estrategia de fortalecimiento que busca involucrar a la ciudadanía en la participación ciudadana de todos los miembros del cantón. |
| Descripción : | The objective of this research is to propose a strategy to strengthen citizen participation and advocacy in the Public Management of the Autonomous Decentralized Municipal Government of the Rocafuerte Canton. The research was based on an approach from a mixed perspective: qualitative and quantitative, with a non-experimental descriptive level design, it will be documentary and field type. Information will be collected from administrative records and official documents of the Decentralized Autonomous Government about the regulations and process implemented to promote citizen participation, information will be collected from citizens in order to identify their level of participation in public management through the implementation mechanisms of citizen participation and social control, in addition, information will be collected from the leaders of social organizations and members of the participation instances of the canton, in the same way a strengthening strategy will be developed that seeks to involve citizens in the participation of the Canton. |
