| Resumen : | El propósito de este trabajo de titulación es implementar un modelo de gestión para el mejoramiento de servicio y atención al cliente en la Agencia IESS Jipijapa. La problemática principal está conformada por la ausencia de modelos de gestión que impiden la calidad del servicio y excelente atención. En consecuencia, se propuso una metodología fundamentada con un enfoque mixto, desde la perspectiva cuantitativa y cualitativa, con un diseño no experimental, bibliográfico y de campo. Para tal fin, se utilizó la entrevista y encuesta para recolectar la información. Los resultados obtenidos a través de los hallazgos y la comparación de los referentes teóricos, genera el modelo de gestión como un aporte científico al estudio. |
| Descripción : | The purpose of this degree work is to implement a management model for the improvement of customer service and attention in the IESS Jipijapa Agency. The main problem is confirmed by the absence of management models that impede the quality of the service and excellent attention. Consequently, a methodology based on a mixed approach was proposed, from the quantitative and qualitative perspective, with a non experimental, bibliographic and field design. For this purpose, the interview and survey were used to collect the information. The results obtained through the findings and the comparison of the theoretical references, generates the management model as a scientific contribution to the study. |
