| Resumen : | La presente investigación acerca del "Plan Educativo Emergente como respuesta del Estado ecuatoriano al COVID-19. Caso Paján, 2020" tiene como objetivo evaluar la importancia de la implementación del Plan Educativo Emergente como respuesta del Estado Ecuatoriano frente a la crisis sanitaria por COVID-19, garantizando así la continuidad educativa en el año 2020. La investigación cuenta con su enfoque cualitativo y cuantitativo. Además, tiene un diseño experimental aplicado a mejorar todos los procesos estadísticos que el estudio requiera. La población de la investigación se compone por 87 instituciones educativas que pertenecen a la Dirección Distrital 13D09 Paján-Educación. Las técnicas que se utilizaron en la población determinada fueron la encuesta y la entrevista con ayuda de la aplicación del instrumento escala de Likert y el método de análisis de datos que permiten la correcta recolección de datos e información necesaria para portes significativos al estudio. El Plan Educativo Emergente "Aprendamos Juntos en Casa" fue una respuesta rápida, eficaz y pertinente por parte del estado ecuatoriano para afrontar la crisis sanitaria por COVID-19. |
| Descripción : | The objective of this research about the "Emerging Educational Plan as a response of the Ecuadorian State to COVID-19. Paján Case, 2020" is to evaluate the importance of the implementation of the Emerging Educational Plan as a response of the Ecuadorian State to the health crisis by COVID-19. 19, thus guaranteeing educational continuity in the year 2020. The research has its qualitative and quantitative approach. In addition, it has an experimental design applied to improve all the statistical processes that the study requires. The research population is made up of 87 educational institutions that belong to the District Directorate 13D09 Paján-Education. The techniques that were used in the determined population were the survey and the interview with the help of the application of the Likert scale instrument and the data analysis method that allow the correct collection of data and information necessary for significant contributions to the study. The Emerging Educational Plan "Let's Learn Together at Home" was a quick, effective and pertinent response by the Ecuadorian state to face the health crisis by COVID-19. |
