| Resumen : | En nuestro país las personas Adultas Mayores desconocen de los beneficios tributarios, porque el nivel de preparación en materia tributaria es mínimo, los inconvenientes también están relacionados con la insuficiente difusión de las normas que protegen a este grupo vulnerable, de ahí surge el problema el cual este proyecto busca dar solución al mismo. El objetivo de la presente investigación es analizar los beneficios tributarios otorgados a las personas adultas mayores, por ser un tema que surge por la necesidad de identificar los derechos que forman parte de este grupo. La investigación permite ratificar que hay una serie de leyes creadas a favor de las personas adultas mayores, asimismo, la constitución de Ecuador recalca que tienen derecho a esta ayuda. El tipo de investigación que se utilizó fue la descriptiva y de campo, además se usaron métodos bibliográficos y estadísticos con la finalidad de obtener un resultado. La población estuvo conformada por 87 personas, el cual solo 35 eran personas de tercera edad y se utilizó la encuesta como técnica investigativa, para recolectar información. Hay que destacar que mediante los resultados permitieron identificar la necesidad de realizar una propuesta como plan de difusión que permita educarlos y puedan acogerse de manera correcta a sus derechos. Por eso se realizó trípticos y una guía rápida, la misma que contiene información clara y precisa que les ayudará a tener una mejor calidad de vida y elevar el nivel de cultura tributaria en cada uno de ellos. |
| Descripción : | In our country, Older Adults are unaware of the tax benefits, because the level of preparation in tax matters is minimal, the inconveniences are also related to the insufficient dissemination of the regulations that protect this vulnerable group, hence the problem which arises This project seeks to solve it. The objective of this research is to analyze the tax benefits granted to the elderly, as it is an issue that arises from the need to identify the rights that are part of this group. The investigation allows ratifying that there are a series of laws created in favor of the elderly, likewise, the constitution of Ecuador emphasizes that they have the right to this help. The type of research that was used was descriptive and field, in addition bibliographic and statistical methods were used in order to obtain a result. The population consisted of 87 people, of whom only 35 were seniors, and the survey was used as an investigative technique to collect information. It should be noted that the results made it possible to identify the need to make a proposal as a dissemination mechanism that allows them to be educated and to be able to correctly avail themselves of their rights. That is why triptychs were made, the same one that contains clear and precise information that will help them to have a better quality of life and raise the level of tax culture in each of them. |
