| Resumen : | Los resultados que se detallan a continuación, se analizaron con el fin de evaluar los beneficios socio económicos del servicios de agua potable y alcantarillado sanitario del cantón Jipijapa período 2019, los objetivos planteados para este proceso: Diagnosticar la situación actual de la prestación del servicio; Medir la relación beneficio costos por dotación de agua potable y alcantarillado a los habitantes de la ciudadela San Vicente; Evaluar la calidad de la prestación de servicios ofrecidos por la empresa EPMAPAS-J y el nivel de satisfacción socioeconómica de los usuarios o habitantes de la ciudadela San Vicente. Apoyado con la técnica de entrevistas, encuestas, observación, análisis de indicadores económicos, financiero, beneficio social y revisión documental. Cuyos resultados se expresan, que el 30% una sección poblacional está inconforme por el retraso en el trabajo de la adecuación de alcantarillado sanitario en la ciudadela objeto de estudio en cuanto a dotación del agua no existe una permanencia, lo que el 70% de los muestreados de esta investigación que deben per capitar lo que carece el servicio y genera problemas de salubridad. | Descripción : | The results that are detailed below, were analyzed in order to evaluate the socioeconomic benefits of the drinking water and sanitary sewerage services of the Jipijapa canton period 2019, the objectives planned: To diagnose the current situation to the provision of the service; To evaluate the cost benefit ratio to he provision of drinking water and sewerage to the inhabitants of the San Vicente ville; Measure the quality of the provision of services offered by the company EPMAPAS-J and the level of socioeconomic satisfaction of the users or inhabitants of the San Vicente citadel. Supported with the technique of interviews, surveys, observation, analysis of economic and financial indicators, social benefit and documentary review.
