| Resumen : | El presente estudio tiene como tema: La cultura tributaria y su incidencia en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones en la Compañía de Transporte de Carga Pesada TRANSMENDOZA S.A del cantón 24 de Mayo, considerando que la falta cultura tributaria en los ciudadanos es hoy en día es uno de los principales factores que afecta la recaudación de tributos. Hay que resaltar que los tributos son los medios económicos que el estado ecuatoriano tiene para hacer frente a las necesidades básica de la sociedad entre ellas la educación, salud, alimentación, seguridad, etc., es por ello que se debe implementar estrategias que permitan el fomento de la cultura tributaria en todo el país. Por tal motivo, la presente investigación tuvo como objetivo principal determinar como la cultura tributaria incide en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones en la Compañía de Transporte de carga pesada TRANSMENDOZA S.A. del cantón 24 de mayo, la cual se logró alcanzar a través de los objetivos específicos y la metodología aplicada. La metodología utilizada en la investigación fue de nivel descriptivo, de campo y bibliográfica, la población estuvo conformada por 10 socios de la compañía y se utilizó como técnica la encuesta para recolectar información que permitió establecer la relación que existe entre la conciencia de la cultura tributaria de los socios en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones. Por otra parte, el diseño de la guía será un instrumento educativo que permitirá fomentar e incrementar el nivel de cultura tributario de los socios que conforman la compañía. |
| Descripción : | The subject of this study is: The tax culture and its incidence in the fulfillment of the obligations in the Compañía de Transporte de Carga Pesada TRANSMENDOZA SA of the canton 24 de Mayo, considering that the lack of tax culture in citizens is today one of the main factors that affect the collection of taxes. It should be noted that taxes are the economic means that the Ecuadorian state has to meet the basic needs of society, including education, health, food, security, etc., that is why strategies must be implemented that allow the promotion of the tax culture throughout the country. For this reason, the main objective of the present investigation was to determine how the tax culture affects the fulfillment of the obligations in the Heavy Load Transportation Company TRANSMENDOZA S.A. of the canton May 24, which was achieved through the specific objectives and the applied methodology. The methodology used in the research was descriptive, field and bibliographic level, the population was made up of 10 partners of the company and the survey was used as a technique to collect information that allowed to establish the relationship that exists between the awareness of the tax culture of the partners in the fulfillment of the obligations. On the other hand, the design of the guide will be an educational instrument that will promote and increase the level of tax culture of the partners that make up the company. |
