| Resumen : | La presente investigación titulada “Importancia del proceso administrativo en el alcance de los objetivos institucionales de la Fundación (Front Line Church Parter) Ec-388 Jipijapa del año 2018”, fue realizada con el fin de tener un diagnóstico de la situación del proceso administrativo para el alcance de los objetivos institucionales, verificando el proceso administrativo para el desarrollo actividades y realizando una la auditoría administrativa para el control interno administrativo. Desarrollando métodos cualitativos y cuantitativos, buscando información bibliográfica en fuentes académicas, libros, tesis y revistas, a su vez la aplicación de encuestas y entrevistas al personal directivo de la fundación y colaboradores de las diferentes áreas que la conforman, para el sustento del análisis y descripción de resultados conclusiones y recomendaciones. Una vez obtenidos los resultados del proyecto se planteó la propuesta de realizar una auditoría administrativa a la Fundación (Front Line Church Parter) Ec-388 Jipijapa, para conocer el nivel de eficiencia y eficacia en el desarrollo del proceso administrativo. |
| Descripción : | This research entitled "The importance of administrative processes in the achievement of the institutional objectives of the Foundation (Front Line Church Parter) Ec-388 Jipijapa of the year 2018", was carried out in order to have a diagnosis of the situation of the process administrative to achieve the institutional objectives, verifying the administrative process for the development of activities and conducting an administrative audit for internal administrative control. Developing qualitative and quantitative methods, seeking bibliographic information in academic sources, books, theses and journals, in turn applying surveys and interviews to the foundation's directive staff and collaborators from the different areas that comprise it, to support the analysis and description of results, conclusions and recommendations. Once the results of the project were obtained, the proposal was made to carry out an administrative audit to the Foundation (Front Line Church Parter) Ec-388 Jipijapa, to know the level of efficiency and effectiveness in the development of the administrative process. |
