| dc.description | The research topic addresses the occupational risks that could occur in the microenterprise "Lavadora y Lubricadora Nery Jr" in the Portoviejo canton, for this reason the present investigation had as its main objective the elaboration of a comprehensive plan for the prevention of occupational risks in order to precaution the safety and health of the workers in said microenterprise, the qualitative approach was used, with a descriptive scope, and a non-experimental design, through observation, interviews, document review, matrix of legal requirements, matrix of risk evaluation GTC-45 and current formats provided by the Ministry of Labor; With this work it is possible to demonstrate that the microenterprise fails to comply with 90.92% according to the legal requirements of the current legal regulations, in addition to the GTC-45 risk assessment matrix corroborating that there are two risks that are not acceptable and that they need correction urgent, being the comprehensive risk prevention plan a fundamental tool to guarantee the safety and health of the workers in the "Nery Jr Washer and Lubricator | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El tema de investigación aborda los riesgos laborales que podrían ocurrir en la microempresa “Lavadora y Lubricadora Nery Jr” del cantón Portoviejo por tal motivo la presente investigación tuvo como objetivo principal la elaboración de un plan integral de prevención de riesgos laborales con el fin de precautelar la seguridad y salud de los trabajadores en dicha microempresa, se utilizó el enfoque cualitativo, con alcance descriptivo, y diseño no experimental, mediante la observación, entrevistas, revisión de documentos, matriz de requisitos legales, matriz de evaluación de riesgo GTC-45 y formatos vigentes proporcionados por el Ministerio de Trabajo; con este trabajo se logra demostrar que la microempresa incumple un 90,92% según los requisitos legales de la normativa legal vigente, además de que la matriz de evaluación de riesgo GTC-45 corroboró que existen dos riesgos que no son aceptables y que necesitan corrección urgente, siendo el plan integral de prevención de riesgos una herramienta fundamental para garantizar la seguridad y salud de los trabajadores en la “Lavadora y Lubricadora Nery Jr”. | es_ES |
