| Resumen : | El presente proyecto fue realizado en la ciudad de Jipijapa, provincia de Manabí-Ecuador, enfocado en la seguridad y prevención de riesgos en las en obras civiles, debido a que a veces suele observase que no hay una correcta gestión de la prevención y seguridad en el trabajo. El objetivo de este proyecto es evaluar los riesgos y seguridad del personal de la construcción, en obras civiles de la ciudad de Jipijapa. Para esto se empleó encuestas y matrices IPER (Identificación de Peligros y Evaluación de Riesgos), una metodología aplicada por el empresario o constructor para estar en condiciones de tomar una decisión apropiada sobre la necesidad de adoptar medidas preventivas lo cual permite estimar el nivel de riesgo, de esta manera se sabrá si es necesario suspender las labores o no hasta que sea seguro. En los resultados se muestran las matrices IPER completas, que indican las obras que se visitó debieron tener un mejor manejo de la seguridad, y en algunos casos debió ser parada la obra, de igual manera se trabajó con encuestas para conocer brevemente la situación actual de la ciudad en obras en temas de riesgos laborales. Se concluye que, en la ciudad de Jipijapa, es necesario crear una cultura de seguridad y prevención de riesgos en el personal obrero y técnico, y aplicarlo de acuerdo lo estipulado en la normativa vigente. |
| Descripción : | The following project was carried out in Jipijapa city, in Manabí province in Ecuador, focused on safety and risk prevention in civil works, because sometimes it is observed that there is not a correct management of prevention and safety in the job. The objective of this project is to assess the risks and safety of construction personnel, in civil works in the city of Jipijapa. For this, surveys and IPER matrices (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) were used, a methodology applied by the employer or builder to be in a position to make an appropriate decision on the need to adopt preventive measures, which allows estimating the level of risk, in this way it will be known if it is necessary to suspend the work or not until it is safe. The results show the complete IPER matrices, which indicate the works that were visited should have had a better security management, and in some cases the work had to be stopped, in the same way, surveys were worked to briefly know the current situation of the city in works on issues of occupational hazards. It is concluded that, in the city of Jipijapa, it is necessary to create a culture of safety and risk prevention in workers and technical staff, and applying it in accordance with current regulations. |
