| Resumen : | En el presente proyecto de titulación se realizó un análisis comparativo para el diseño de cimentaciones a través de la norma ecuatoriana de la construcción en su última actualización realizada en el año 2015, y la norma oficial mexicana revisada en el 2019. El desarrollo de los resultados partió de la modelación de una edificación de 13 niveles sismo resistente, con el programa Etabs donde se logró analizar las problemáticas y soluciones que se enfrenta Se realizó una investigación y recopilación de información de las caracterizaciones predominantes del suelo, tanto en el territorio nacional como en territorio mexicano, pues con esto se evidencia de que en el continente americano el tipo de suelos es similar entre ambas localidades. Y mediante un sistema de cálculos se logró evidenciar el proceso de diseño de una zapata aislada, dejando claro que este trabajo investigativo engloba los diferentes tipos de cimentaciones tanto superficiales como profundas. |
| Descripción : | In this degree project, a comparative analysis was carried out for the design of foundations through the Ecuadorian construction standard in its last update carried out in 2015, and the official Mexican standard revised in 2019. The development of the results was based on the modeling of a 13-story seismic-resistant building, with the Etabs program where it was possible to analyze the problems and solutions faced. An investigation and compilation of information of the predominant characterizations of the soil was carried out, both in the national territory and in the Mexican territory, since with this it is evidenced that in the American continent the type of soils is similar between both locations. And by means of a system of calculations it was possible to demonstrate the design process of an isolated footing, making it clear that this research work encompasses the different types of foundations, both shallow and deep. |
