| Resumen : | El presente proyecto de investigación se centró en analizar los saberes ancestrales de producción pesquera de la parroquia Machalilla como aporte al desarrollo local, donde se plantearon objetivos específicos que permitieron identificar las principales actividades de producción pesquera de saberes ancestrales, así mismo, se aplicó la metodología mediante la técnica documental para la recopilación de información y la entrevista realizada a los presidentes barriales, por consiguiente se utilizó la matriz FODA y MAFE permitiendo desarrollar estrategias, por ende se plantea la propuesta de diseñar un comedor turístico basado en saberes ancestrales con productos del mar para contribuir al desarrollo local de la Parroquia. |
| Descripción : | The present research project focused on analyzing the ancestral knowledge of fishing production of the Machalilla parish as a contribution to local development, where specific objectives were proposed that allowed identifying the main fishing production activities of ancestral knowledge, likewise, the methodology was applied Through the documentary technique for the collection of information and the interview carried out with the neighborhood presidents, therefore the SWOT and MAFE matrix was used allowing to develop strategies, therefore the proposal is proposed to design a tourist dining room based on ancestral knowledge with seafood to contribute to the local development of the Parish. |
