| Resumen : | El plan de desarrollo turístico constituye hoy en día una herramienta que propone lineamientos generales para la gestión turística de un determinado territorio, y que conlleva al investigador a determinar acciones que se deben realizar para lograr un desarrollo turístico sostenible. Por tanto, este trabajo investigativo tiene como objetivo general elaborar un plan de desarrollo turístico a través de la realización de un diagnóstico turístico y el desarrollo de un estudio de mercado en el área para analizar la oferta y demanda en la parroquia La Pila del Cantón Montecristi de la Provincia de Manabí. Se empleó una metodología sustentada en los métodos deductivo, inductivo, descriptivo y estadístico, donde se obtuvo resultados factibles, mismos que permitieron identificar variables, relacionarlas y emitir conclusiones. Se aplicó encuestas y entrevistas para el logro de los objetivos planteados. Además de establecer recomendaciones a través de la propuesta de un plan de desarrollo turístico para la cabecera parroquial La Pila. |
| Descripción : | The tourism development plan is nowadays a tool that proposes general guidelines for the tourism management of a given territory, and that leads the researcher to determine actions to be taken to achieve sustainable tourism development. Therefore, this research work has the general objective of this research word is to elaborate a tourism development plan through the realization of a tourist diagnosis and the development of a market study in the area to analyze the supply and demand in the La Pila parish of Montecristi Canton, Manabí Province. A methodology based on deductive, inductive, descriptive and statistical methods was used, where feasible results were obtained, which allowed identifying variables, relating them and issuing conclusions. Surveys and interviews were applied to achieve the proposed objectives set. In addition to establishing recommendations through the proposal of a tourism development plan for the La Pila parish. |
