| Resumen : | El objetivo principal de este proyecto es implementar un sistema informático para el control de ventas de la pastelería Adonis de la parroquia Abdón Calderón del cantón Portoviejo. Con esto se busca una mejora en los procesos de gestión y control de ventas. Gracias a esto se podrá brindar un mejor servicio a los clientes mediante la automatización de los siguientes procesos: registro, consultas, trabajadores, imprimir facturas, generar facturas, vender por fecha, comprar por fecha, registro de cliente, registro de ventas. La automatización de estas actividades tiene como objetivo obtener información organizada y eficaz. Para desarrollar esta herramienta computarizada se utilizó un compilador de gráficos de visual estudio 2019 y un administrador de servidor MySQL integrado La herramienta de almacenamiento de datos es segura y confiable. Este proyecto de investigación fue realizado de esta manera: Se comprobó la racionalidad de la investigación, luego se procedió a crear el marco teórico, que incluye toda la información recolectada para acreditar su vigencia, y la parte antecedente de la investigación se basa en proyectos anteriores para así poder fundamentar la investigación Teniendo en cuenta la situación anterior, se procede verificando todos los datos mencionados y utilizar varios métodos y técnicas para identificar la información. Esta información es un método cualitativo y cuantitativo, lo que acredita la aceptación de la parte del software, lo que demuestra que se ejecutará correctamente. |
| Descripción : | The main objective of this project is to implement a computer system to control the sales of the Adonis pastry shop in the Abdón Calderón parish of the Portoviejo canton. With this, an improvement in the sales management and control processes is sought. Thanks to this, it will be possible to provide a better service to customers by automating the following processes: registration, inquiries, workers, print invoices, generate invoices, sell by date, buy by date, customer registration, sales registration. The objective of automating these activities is to obtain organized and efficient information. A visual studio 2019 graphics compiler and an integrated MySQL server manager were used to develop this computerized tool. The data storage tool is safe and reliable. This research project was carried out in this way: The rationality of the research was verified, then the theoretical framework was created, which includes all the information collected to prove its validity, and the antecedent part of the research is based on previous projects in order to support the research. Considering the above situation, we continue to verify all the aforementioned data and will use various methods and techniques to identify the information. This information is a qualitative and quantitative method, which certifies the acceptance of the part of the software, which shows that it will be executed correctly. . |
