| Resumen : | El trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo la implementación de un plan de contingencia para asegurar la integridad de los equipos y sistemas informáticos en la Universidad Estatal del Sur de Manabí, para cumplir con los objetivos planteados se estipulo como marco de respuesta a la metodología Magerit y lineamientos bases para acciones en gestión de seguridad en donde se procedió con la verificación de aspectos importantes en la realización de la estructura del diseño basados en acciones posibles más comunes de amenazas, estimación de valoración , análisis y evaluación de factibilidad de acciones antes, durante y después de riesgos, para estimar los objetivos planteados de forma inicial se realizó un análisis en torno a las necesidades de integridad de los activos, se utilizó metodologías de la investigación tales como histórico-lógico, análisis síntesis, inductivo- deductivo, método bibliográfico, entre las técnicas utilizadas se empleó la encuesta la cual permitió denotar el estado situacional de la infraestructura, equipamiento, activos informáticos y por ende establecer la implementación del plan de contingencia denotando las principales vulnerabilidades, por tanto se deduce que esta investigación permitirá a la Universidad Estatal del Sur de Manabí dirigir y gestionar las evaluaciones de riesgos con pro a tomar las mejores decisiones en el control y mitigación de riesgos tecnológicos. |
| Descripción : | This research aims to implement a contingency plan to ensure the integrity of equipment and computer systems at the Estatal del Sur de Manabí University, to meet the objectives set out was stipulated as a framework of response to the Magerit methodology and guidelines bases for actions in security management where we proceeded with the verification of important aspects in the implementation of the design structure based on the most common possible actions of threats, valuation estimation, analysis and evaluation of feasibility of actions before, during and after risks, to estimate the initial objectives, an analysis of the asset integrity needs was carried out, using research methodologies such as historical-logical, synthesis analysis, inductive-deductive, bibliographic method, among the techniques used was the survey which allowed to denote the situational state of the infrastructure, equipment, computer assets and thus, to establish the integrity needs of the assets, therefore, it is deduced that this research will allow the Estatal del Sur de Manabí University to direct and manage risk evaluations in order to make the best decisions in the control and mitigation of technological risks. |
