| Resumen : | El presente proyecto de titulación consiste en realizar una investigación acerca del cumplimento de las normativas tributarias basadas en Código Tributario, Reglamento de Aplicación de la Ley Organiza de Régimen Tributario Interno, ley Orgánica de Régimen Tributario Interno y demás leyes derivadas de la constitución de la república del Ecuador, con la finalidad de analizar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias del GAD PARROQUIAL DE QUINGUE CANTON MUISNE PERIODO 2018. Este trabajo se desarrolló de acuerdo a la estructura del proyecto de investigación debido a que este consiste en determinar cuál es el problema para después proceder a elaborar los objetivos, justificación, de esta manera se procedió a realizar el marco teórico el cual está conformado por antecedentes de la investigación , marco referencial, marco conceptual y marco legal compuestos por definiciones obtenidas a través de artículos científicos como libros, páginas web, los cuales dan realce a la investigación realizada. De acuerdo a lo detallado anteriormente se procede a realizar la propuesta la cual consiste en ejecutar una auditoria tributaria utilizando técnicas como observación, entrevista cuestionarios, muestreo entre otras, verificando el cumplimento de las obligaciones tributarias del GAD, sanciones o multas, errores que hayan sido ejecutado dentro del periodo fiscal evaluado para de esta manera poder emitir un informe que contendrá los hallazgos que fueron encontrados en el transcurso de la investigación y posteriormente las conclusiones y recomendaciones pertinentes con el objetivo de mejorar sus resultados fiscales y cumplimiento de acuerdos a los que establecen las leyes y normativas tributarias. |
| Descripción : | This degree project consists of carrying out an investigation about compliance with tax regulations based on the Tax Code, Regulations for the Application of the Organized Law of Internal Tax Regime, Organic Law of Internal Tax Regime and other laws derived from the constitution of the republic of Ecuador, in order to analyze the fulfillment of the tax obligations of the GAD PARROQUIAL DE QUINGUE CANTON MUISNE PERIODO 2018. This work was developed according to the structure of the research project because it consists of determining what the problem is for later proceed to elaborate the objectives, justification, in this way we proceeded to make the theoretical framework which is made up of research antecedents, referential framework and conceptual framework composed of definitions obtained through scientific articles such as books, web pages, which they enhance the research carried out. According to what is detailed above, the proposal is made which consists of executing a tax audit using techniques such as observation, interview, questionnaires, sampling, among others, which verify compliance with the tax obligations of the GAD, sanctions or fines, errors that have been executed within the fiscal period evaluated in order to issue a report which will contain the findings that were found in the course of the investigation and subsequently the pertinent conclusions and recommendations with the aim of improving their fiscal results and compliance with agreements to the that establish the tax laws and regulations. |
