| Resumen : | En el proyecto de investigación se plantea, de qué manera el índice de pobreza incide en el desarrollo humano de los habitantes del Ecuador, siendo la pobreza un factor que afecta la productividad y distribución de las riquezas y el bienestar de las personas. Se establece el objetivo general, determinar de qué manera el índice de pobreza incide en el desarrollo humano en el Ecuador. Se aplicó una investigación documental bibliográfico; además, de enfoque cualitativo. Para este estudio se utilizaron los métodos, inductivo, analítico, sintético, estadístico, deductivo y método documental, con aplicación de la técnica de la entrevista a dos profesionales especializados en el área de economía. Se concluye que la evolución del ingreso mínimo en el Ecuador entre 2015-2020 las personas percibieron ingresos mensuales inferiores al mínimo de 84,05 dólares, datos que evidencian el incremento de la línea de pobreza en estos períodos. La pandemia ha dejado efectos desfavorables a la economía ecuatoriana, creciendo la pobreza. En relación a los componentes del IDH, se observó que, en el año 2015, Ecuador alcanza el valor del IDH de 0,764; valores variables hasta que en el año 2020 logra 0,718; ocupando el Ranking IDH de 85: es decir ha bajado en relación al 2019. Las políticas sociales, han favorecido a las clases más vulnerables del país. Se establece que la pobreza en el Ecuador ha incidido significativamente durante el período estudiado, especialmente en el año 2020. | Descripción : | The research project proposes how the poverty index affects the human development of the inhabitants of Ecuador, poverty being a factor that affects the productivity and distribution of wealth and the well-being of people. The general objective is established, to determine how the poverty index affects human development in Ecuador. A bibliographic documentary research was applied; in addition, of qualitative approach. For this study, the inductive, analytical, synthetic, statistical, deductive and documentary methods were used, with application of the interview technique to two professionals specialized in the area of economics. It is concluded that the evolution of the minimum income in Ecuador between 2015-2020 people received a monthly income below the minimum of 84.05 dollars, data that show the increase in the poverty line in these periods. The pandemic has left unfavorable effects on the Ecuadorian economy, increasing poverty. Regarding the components of the HDI, it was observed that, in 2015, Ecuador reached the HDI value of 0.764; variable values until in the year 2020 it reaches 0.718; occupying the IDH Ranking of 85: that is, it has fallen in relation to 2019. Social policies have favored the most vulnerable classes in the country. It is established that poverty in Ecuador has had a significant impact during the period studied, especially in 2020. It is recommended to establish productive policies for young people. |
