| Resumen : | El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo Realizar un análisis administrativo y productivo en fincas de escenarios cafetaleros del cantón Jipijapa, durante el periodo 2021. Con la participación de 30 productores beneficiarios del proyecto “Mejoras de las condiciones socioeconómicas de las familias cafetaleras de la provincia de Manabí”. Con la finalidad de solucionar la problemática que permitan mejorar las deficiencias que afectan la capacidad productiva de los sistemas productivos cafetaleros; esta investigación emplea los siguientes métodos científicos: investigación acción participativa (IAP), inducción – deducción, descriptivo – investigativo, analítico – sintético, cuantitativa, estadístico. Para la recopilación de datos se aplicó la herramienta técnica como es la encuesta, que permitió realizar un análisis de los resultados. Se constató que los escenarios cafetaleros experimentan una débil deficiencia en administración de fincas lo que dificulta mejorar su productividad; no llevan ningún control ni registro de sus fincas, esta situación no permite conocer los resultados productivos de sus fondos; pocos conocimientos en aspectos fundamentales de administración, misma que limita tener habilidades para administrar de forma eficiente las fincas cafetaleras y aprovechar al máximo las potencialidades de los recursos y mejorar las condiciones de vida de las familias campesinas involucradas en el proyecto. Luego del análisis de los resultados obtenidos se llegó a diferentes conclusiones; por lo que se plantea, implementar un plan de mejora que permita incrementar la producción, así como también brindar capacitaciones en temas de administración, sistemas de producción, registros de ingresos y gastos de la finca para fortalecer los conocimientos de los escenarios cafetaleros |
| Descripción : | The objective of this research work is to carry out an administrative and productive analysis in coffee farms in the Jipijapa canton, during the period 2021. With the participation of 30 beneficiary producers of the project "Improving of the socioeconomic conditions of the coffee growing families in the province of Manabí”. In order to solve the problems that allow improving the deficiencies that affect the productive capacity of coffee production systems; This research uses the following scientific methods: participatory action research (PAR), induction - deduction, descriptive - investigative, analytical - synthetic, quantitative, statistical. For data collection, the technical tool such as the survey was applied, which allowed an analysis of the results. It was found that the coffee-growing scenarios experience a weak deficiency in farm management, which makes it difficult to improve their productivity; they do not keep any control or registry of their farms, this situation does not allow them to know the productive results of their funds; little knowledge in fundamental aspects of administration, which limits having the skills to efficiently manage coffee farms and make the most of the potential of the resources and improve the living conditions of the peasant families involved in the project. After the analysis of the results obtained, different conclusions were reached; Therefore, it is proposed to implement an improvement plan that allows to increase production, as well as provide training on administration issues, production systems, and farm income and expense records to strengthen the knowledge of the coffee-growing scenarios. |
