| dc.description | This research work deals with productive enterprises in the Salango parish, whose problem is that these enterprises are scarce and with little economic remuneration, being discarded by the owners since the lack of interest on the part of the community causes them to abandon the startups, most of the businesses show weaknesses in sales, do not have financing, training to clarify doubts on various issues of productivity and local development, same as in Ecuador, local businesses fail to overcome barriers such as lack of innovation, little profitability and difficulty in accessing loans, in such a way that they do not last more than three active years. The general objective was to determine productive enterprises and their contribution to local development Salango Parish, Canton Puerto Lopez. In the process, the deductive, inductive, statistical, analytical and bibliographic methodology was used, being of great importance in supporting the research. The population is made up of a total of 44 entrepreneurs. The data collection techniques selected for this study were the statistics that will get to know the responses of 44 respondents in relation to their undertakings and their contribution to local development and the interviews were carried out with the president of the Parish Gad and the president of the Salango commune. It is concluded that in the Salango parish the economy is low and support for local entrepreneurship is little, the limited presence of tourists is another factor that prevents the creation of new productive enterprises | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación trata sobre los emprendimiento productivo en la parroquia Salango, cuyo problema radica en que estos emprendimientos son escasos y con poca remuneración económica, siendo descartados por los propietarios ya que la falta de interés por parte de la comunidad hacen que abandonen los emprendimientos, la mayor parte de los negocios presentan debilidades en las ventas, no tienen financiamiento, capacitaciones que permitan esclarecer dudas en temas diversos de productividad y desarrollo local, misma que en Ecuador, los negocios locales no logran superar diversas barreras como falta de innovación, poca rentabilidad y dificultad para acceder a créditos, de tal forma que no duran más de tres años activas. Se tuvo como objetivo general determinar emprendimientos productivos y su aportación en desarrollo local, Parroquia Salango, Cantón Puerto López. En el proceso se utilizó la metodología deductiva, inductiva, estadística, analítica y bibliográfica siendo de gran importancia en el apoyo de la investigación. La población está conformada por un total de 44 emprendedores. Las técnicas de recolección de datos seleccionadas para este estudio fueron la estadística que permitió conocer las respuestas de 44 encuestados en relación a sus emprendimientos y su aportación el en desarrollo local y las entrevistas se las realizo al presidente del Gad Parroquial y a la presidenta de la comuna Salango. Se concluye que en la parroquia Salango la economía es baja y el apoyo al emprendimiento local es poco, la limitada presencia de turistas es otro de los factores que impiden crear nuevos emprendimientos productivos. | es_ES |
