| Resumen : | La presencia de la industria pesquera en las pequeñas comunidades ha impulsado el desarrollo económico de los pueblos, contribuye de manera directa e indirecta ofreciendo empleo que les permiten mejorar los ingresos y por ende la calidad de vida a sus habitantes. El objeto de estudio del presente trabajo investigativo son los habitantes dedicados a la pesca industrial en la parroquia Salango, del cual nace la problemática que afecta directamente a la industria pesquera como es su cercanía con la comuna, área protegida por el parque nacional Machalilla, de allí que han surgido los diferentes conflictos entre el costo beneficio que representa la actividad pesquera industrial frente al turismo comunitario El objetivo es analizar la incidencia de la pesca industrial en la generación de empleo en la Parroquia Salango del cantón Puerto López, así como describir la importancia de la pesca industrial en la economía, identificar los diversos tipos de empleo que genera y determinar la influencia de la pesca industrial en la calidad de vida de los habitantes. donde se aplicaron los métodos descriptivos, deductivos, inductivos, estadísticos y a su vez diversas técnicas como entrevista y encuesta a una muestra poblacional de 354 personas, concluyendo que la pesca industrial es de gran importancia para la parroquia, contribuye a dinamizar la economía del sector, generando diversos tipos de empleo que van desde operadores secadores, hasta tripulantes de barcos, sus ingresos mensuales bordean los $700 y $800 permitiéndoles tener un mejor poder adquisitivo y por ende mejorar su calidad de vida. |
| Descripción : | The presence of the fishing industry in small communities has promoted the economic development of the towns, it contributes directly and indirectly by offering employment that allows them to improve income and therefore the quality of life of their inhabitants. The object of this research are the inhabitants dedicated to industrial fishing in the Salango Parroquia, the problem that directly affects the fishing industry, such as its proximity to the commune, an area protected by the Machalilla National Park, it originates the different conflicts have arisen between the cost benefit that represents industrial fishing activity versus community tourism The objective is to analyze the incidence of industrial fishing in the generation of employment in the Salango Parroquia Puerto López canton, so describe the importance of industrial fishing in the economy, identify the various types of employment that it generates and determine the influence of industrial fishing on the quality of life of the inhabitants. where descriptive, deductive, inductive, statistical methods and in turn various techniques such as interview and survey were applied to a population sample of 354 people, concluding that industrial fishing is of great importance for the Salango Parroquia, it contributes to boosting the economy of the sector, generating various types of employment ranging from dryer operators to ship crews, their monthly income is around $ 700 and $ 800, allowing them to have better purchasing power and therefore improve their quality of life. |
