| Resumen : | Los emprendimientos tienen una importancia fundamental para el desarrollo de los pueblos; en el presente proyecto de investigación titulado “La equidad de género en los emprendimientos del sector rural del cantón Santa Ana, Periodo 2015-2020” se pudo identificar como problema principal, que los negocios que existen, son dirigidos principalmente por hombres, las mujeres se dedican a las actividades gastronómicas y a la venta de víveres en tiendas y en una minoría el grupo LGBTI, se inclina al servicio de peluquerías, lo cual reflejó que existe una brecha género en la participación igualitaria en los emprendimientos de esta zona, su objetivo principal fue analizar la incidencia de la equidad de género en los emprendimientos del sector rural del cantón Santa, se emplearon los métodos investigativos tales como deductivo, inductivo, bibliográfico, analítico-sintético y como técnica de recolección de datos la observación y la entrevista, que aportaron en la obtención de información de las variables investigadas; teniendo 263 emprendimientos en esta zona, se identificó que las actividades laborales a las cuales se dedican, son: agrícola, ganadero, avícola, turístico, gastronómico, y de servicios (Peluquería), que son las que impulsan la generación de fuentes de empleo y autoempleo, además que la mayoría de la mano de obra es local, se obtuvo como resultado que no existe equidad de género en los emprendimientos de este sector, debido a la poca participación para grupos vulnerables, generada por cultura y costumbres; y que aunque existen políticas públicas para mitigar esta situación, no se están cumpliendo. |
| Descripción : | The enterprises are of fundamental importance for the development of the towns; In this research project entitled "Gender equity in rural sector enterprises of the Santa Ana canton, Period 2015-2020" it was possible to identify as the main problem that the businesses that exist are directed mainly by men, women are They dedicate themselves to gastronomic activities and the sale of food in stores and in a minority the LGBTI group is inclined to the service of hairdressers, which reflected that there is a gender gap in equal participation in enterprises in this area, its main objective was To analyze the incidence of gender equity in enterprises in the rural sector of the Santa canton, investigative methods such as deductive, inductive, bibliographic, analytical-synthetic were used, and observation and interview as a data collection technique were used. obtaining information on the variables investigated; having 263 enterprises in this area, it was identified that the work activities to which they are engaged are: agricultural, livestock, poultry, tourism, gastronomic, and services (Hairdressing), which are those that promote the generation of sources of employment and self-employment, in addition to the fact that the majority of the workforce is local, it was obtained as a result that there is no gender equity in the enterprises of this sector, due to the little participation for vulnerable groups, generated by culture and customs; and that although there are public policies to mitigate this situation, they are not being complied with |
