| Resumen : | La pesca es una de las principales actividades que desarrollo el hombre para satisfacer sus necesidades, en el cantón Puerto López la pesca artesanal es la principal fuente de ingresos, sustento de muchas familias y se ve afectado por la aplicación de diversas regulaciones y vedas que se aplican a este sector primario limitando su actividad. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo “Determinar de qué manera las vedas y regulaciones estatales afectan en la calidad de vida de los pescadores artesanales del cantón Puerto López”. Para la realización de este estudio se utilizaron los métodos descriptivo, deductivo, bibliográfico y estadístico, así mismo la utilización de técnicas de recolección de información como la observación y encuesta las cuales permitieron obtener información relevante dando como resultado que el 58% de la población encuesta indican que estas normativas afectan en el desarrollo de su actividad por ende su calidad de vida lo cual permitió concluir que actualmente ha disminuido esta actividad dado a que ya no le brinda las mismas ganancias de hace años, la inseguridad ha aumentado, la aplicación de vedas, las regulaciones, las condiciones climáticas, el poco apoyo por parte del Estado, la sobre explotación de los recursos afectan su labor y por ende sus condiciones de vida y es que esta labor solo les permite mejorar su calidad de vida cuando la pesca ha sido buena ya que normalmente solo les permite subsistir a pesar de las diferentes problemáticas que presenta este sector pesquero siguen dedicándose a esta actividad económica. |
| Descripción : | Fishing is one of the main activities that man develops to meet his needs, in the canton of Puerto Lopez artisanal fishing is the main source of income, livelihood of many families and is affected by the application of various regulations and bans that apply to this primary sector limiting its activity. This research aims to "Determine how the state bans and regulations affect the quality of life of artisanal fishermen in the canton of Puerto Lopez". In order to carry out this study, descriptive, deductive, bibliographic and statistical methods were used, as well as the use of data collection techniques such as observation and survey which allowed obtaining relevant information resulting in 58% of the survey population indicating that these regulations affect the development of their activity and therefore their quality of life, which allowed concluding that currently this activity has decreased because it no longer provides the same profits of years ago, Insecurity has increased, the application of closed seasons, regulations, climatic conditions, little support from the State, the overexploitation of resources affect their work and therefore their quality of life, because this work only allows them to improve their quality of life when fishing has been good, since it normally only allows them to subsist, despite the different problems in this fishing sector, they continue to dedicate themselves to this economic activity. |
