| Resumen : | El presente proyecto de investigación tiene como objetivo el Analizar la herramienta “Chatbot” y su influencia comunicacional en los estudiantes de la carrera de Tecnología de la Información de la Universidad Estatal del Sur de Manabí, este trabajo beneficiara a la carrera de tecnología de la información. El proyecto de investigación se va a llevar a cabo con la metodología que se utilizó en el proceso de investigación es cualitativa y cuantitativa, lo cual se uso el método deductivo ya que en la hipótesis se emplea los principios generales que determinan las variables del tema, por lo cual el método de análisis determina la implementación de la herramienta didáctica de acuerdo a los resultados obtenidos de forma individual y el método bibliográfico residió en la búsqueda de libros, artículos y revistas científicas, tesis relacionadas, por otro lado, las técnicas que se utilizaron fueron las encuestas y observación. La propuesta culmina con la Implementación de la herramienta chatbot en la pagina Facebook de la carrera de tecnología de la información para facilitar información académica a los estudiantes. |
| Descripción : | The objective of this research project is to analyze the “Chatbot” tool and its communicational influence on the students of the Information Technology career at the State University of the South of Manabí, this work will benefit the information technology career .The research project will be carried out with the methodology that was used in the research process is qualitative and quantitative, which was used the deductive method since in the hypothesis the general principles that determine the variables of the topic are used, Therefore, the analysis method determines the implementation of the didactic tool according to the results obtained individually and the bibliographic method resided in the search for books, articles and scientific journals, related theses, on the other hand, the techniques that are used were surveys and observation. The proposal culminates with the implementation of the chatbot tool on the Facebook page of the information technology career to provide academic information to students. |
