| Resumen : | La importancia de la gestión documental en las organizaciones se determina en conservación de los archivos y documentos imprescindibles para cualquier tipo de organización mediante el uso de aplicaciones informáticas necesarias para mantener el control y movimientos de los trámites que se realizan, por lo tanto este proyecto consiste en el análisis de un sistema de gestión documental para la secretaria de la Agencia Municipal de Tránsito de Manta con la finalidad de mejorar la seguridad, integridad y conservación de los documentos digitales beneficiando a los usuarios con un mejor servicio. Este proyecto de titulación tiene como objetivo establecer un análisis de un sistema de gestión documental con la finalidad de presentar una solución informática que beneficiará a la institución, para la realización de esta investigación se utilizó los siguientes métodos de investigación tales como histórico-lógico que se utilizó para la búsqueda de información y antecedentes del proyecto de investigación, análisis- síntesis que permite analizar las necesidades de la institución para la elaboración del sistema informático entre estos métodos también se incluyeron encuestas, entrevistas para determinar las necesidades de los usuarios y personal administrativo ,diseñando un prototipo de sistema de gestión documental que agilitara la eficiencia de la institución llegando a la conclusión que la institución debe tomar en cuenta este modelo de sistema informático para la institución. |
| Descripción : | The importance of document management in organizations is determined in the conservation of files and essential documents for any type of organization through the use of computer applications necessary to maintain control and movements of the procedures that are carried out, therefore this project consists of the analysis of a document management system for the secretary of the Municipal Transit Agency of Manta in order to improve the security, integrity and conservation of digital documents, benefiting users with a better service. This degree project aims to establish an analysis of a document management system in order to present a computer solution that will benefit the institution, to carry out this research the following research methods were used such as historical-logical that were used for the search of information and background of the research project, analysis-synthesis that allows to analyze the needs of the institution for the development of the computer system among these methods were also included surveys, interviews to determine the needs of users and administrative staff, designing a prototype document management system that will speed up the efficiency of the institution, reaching the conclusion that the institution must take into account this model of the computer system for the institution. |
