| Resumen : | El objetivo primordial de este trabajo de investigación y titulación es realizar un análisis de un software libre de administración remota, ya que tendrá un aporte significativo y metodológico práctico en los estudiantes de la carrera de ingeniería en Computación y Redes, ya que en los actuales no se cuenta con un software para que los estudiantes realicen sus prácticas desde un computador establecido en su vivienda con un ordenador ubicado en el laboratorio de Telecomunicaciones. Los métodos que se utilizaron fueron cualitativo ya que se realizó un estudio en la población, analítico, descriptico, bibliográfico, cuantitativo, estadístico y las técnicas empleadas en el desarrollo de la investigación fueron encuestas y entrevistas. Demostrando así que la necesidad de análisis de un software libre de administración remota está latente, ya que en la universidad y en especialmente en la Carrera de Ingeniería y Computación y Redes se forman profesionales constructores y líderes permitiéndoles intuir, pilotar un ordenador a distancia o solucionar problemas con el ordenador de alguien, sin estar realmente con él, situación que no sería posible si no existirían las herramientas, además de los múltiples beneficios que conlleva la utilización de este software libre de administración remota, y por supuesto adaptable a las necesidades de los estudiantes. La propuesta da la solución al proyecto del problema encontrado ya que brinda el análisis de un software libre de administración remota, muestra estándares con el que se debe trabajar para que los estudiantes desarrollen sus prácticas en el Laboratorio de Telecomunicaciones. Es por ello que se obtiene el conocimiento, consentimiento y admisión de los recursos económicos, materiales y humanos que formaron parte del avance de este proyecto. |
| Descripción : | The primary objective of this research and qualification work is to carry out an analysis of a remote administration free software, since it will have a significant and practical methodological contribution in the students of the Engineering career in Computing and Networks, since in the current ones there is no software for students to carry out their practices from a computer established in their home with a computer located in the Telecommunications laboratory. The methods that used were qualitative since a study was carried out in the population, the methods used were analytical, descriptive, bibliographic, quantitative, statistical, and the techniques used in the development of the research were surveys and interviews. Thus demonstrating that the need for analysis of a free remote administration software is latent, since at the university and especially the Engineering and Computing and Networks Career they train professionals and leaders, allowing them to intuit, pilot a computer from a distance or solve problems with someone’s computer, without actually being with it, a situation that would not be possible if there were no tools, in addition to the multiple benefits that the use of this free remote administration software entails, and of course adaptable to the needs of students. The proposal gives the solution to the project of the problem found since it provides the analysis of a free remote administration software, shows standards with which to work so that students develop their practices in the Telecommunications Laboratory. It is for this reason that the knowledge, consent and admission of the economic, material and human resources that were part of the progress of this project is obtained. |
