| Resumen : | La investigación que se realizó está enfocado a diseñar un plan informático para mejorar las tecnologías de la gestión operativa de los equipos informáticos del laboratorio móvil de la Carrera de Ingeniería en Computación y Redes, con la finalidad de mejorar el rendimiento de los equipos informáticos que se encuentran en la actualidad; los cuales son utilizados por los profesionales en formación para su respectiva realización de prácticas para poder adquirir nuevos conocimientos. Es importante recalcar que para que se puedan cumplir las diversas etapas que se describen en esta investigación se definieron diversos objetivos donde se realizó el respectivo fundamento y diseño un plan informático él mismo que cumple con todos los requerimientos para la respectiva realización del mantenimiento tanto preventivo como correctivo de manera que se pueda mejorar el rendimiento de los equipos informáticos. En el proceso de desarrollo se hace referencia a los diversos métodos y técnicas que permitieron la recolecta de información, mediante la entrevista y encuestas realizada al encargado del laboratorio y a estudiantes de la Carrera de Ingeniería en Computación y Redes. Al tratarse de un proyecto de mejoramiento el proyecto se culminó con el diseño de la propuesta; el cual fue el diseño del plan informático para el mejoramiento de la gestión operativa de los equipos informáticos del laboratorio móvil de la Carrera de ingeniería en computación y Redes de la Universidad Estatal del Sur de Manabí. |
| Descripción : | The research that was carried out is focused on designing a computer plan to improve the technologies of the operational management of the computer equipment of the mobile laboratory of the Computer and Network Engineering Career, in order to improve the performance of the computer equipment that is used. Found today; which are used by professionals in training for their respective internships in order to acquire new knowledge. It is important to emphasize that in order for the various stages described in this research to be met, various objectives were defined where the respective foundation was carried out and a computer plan was designed itself that meets all the requirements for the respective performance of both preventive and preventive maintenance. Corrective so that the performance of computer equipment can be improved. In the development process, reference is made to the various methods and techniques that allowed the collection of information, through interviews and surveys carried out with the head of the laboratory and students of the Computer and Network Engineering Career. Being an improvement project, the project was completed with the design of the proposal; which was the design of the computer plan for the improvement of the operational management of the computer equipment of the mobile laboratory of the Computer Engineering and Networks career of the State University of the South of Manabí. |
