| Resumen : | Este proyecto de investigación tiene como objetivo principal es elaborar un plan informático aplicando la metodología PETI para la gestión operativa de la sala de cómputo #15 de la Carrera de Ingeniería en Computación y Redes. Con la investigación se llegó a constatar que la sala de cómputo #15 no contaba con un plan informático para la gestión operativa. Se demuestra con este proyecto la necesidad de implementar un plan que contribuya al mejor rendimiento de los equipos informáticos y el entorno de la sala de cómputo. Mediante la aplicación de las metodologías cualitativa y cuantitativa se pudo obtener información para el desarrollo de esta investigación, aparte de los métodos utilizados para la recopilación de datos se tomó a consideración el método hipotético-deductivo, bibliográfico, analítico, estadístico matemático, documental y propositiva. Con esto se procedió a aplicar encuestas y entrevistas como otros métodos de obtener información sobre el tema. Concluyendo con el proyecto de investigación se describe que finaliza con las fases planteadas para plan informático que fue desarrollado, basado en la metodología PETI. Con las normas ISO 9001 que enmarca con una gestión de calidad y análisis explicito para la implementación de normas y políticas de seguridad para mejorar la gestión dentro de la sala de cómputo #15. |
| Descripción : | The main objective of this research project is to develop a computer plan applying the PETI methodology for the operational management of the computer room #15 of the Computer and Network Engineering Career. The investigation found that the computer room was #15 did not have an IT plan for operational management. This project demonstrates the need to implement a plan that contributes to the better performance of computer equipment and the compute room environment. Through the application of qualitative and quantitative methodologies information for the development of this research could be obtained, apart from the methods used for data collection, the hypothetical-deductive, bibliographic, analytical, mathematical, documentary and purposeful method was taken into consideration. This proceeded to apply surveys and interviews as other methods of obtaining information on the subject. Concluding with the research project, it is described that it ends with the phases proposed for the computer plan that was developed, based on the PETI methodology. With the ISO 9001 standards that it frames with a quality management and explicit analysis for the implementation of standards and security policies to improve management within computer room # 15. |
