| Resumen : | Esta investigación tuvo el objetivo de determinar la prestación de servicios de limpieza para hogares y su aporte a la dinámica comercial de Jipijapa. Se aplicó un método de estudio analítico, descriptivo, cualitativo, cuantitativo, bibliográfico y documental, y el instrumento fue el cuestionario de encuesta en donde se logró recabar información relevante que permitió demostrar la factibilidad del desarrollo del emprendimiento dentro de la localidad. Con los resultados de la investigación se verán beneficiados los habitantes de cantón Jipijapa puesto que tendrán la oportunidad de contar con un trabajo de calidad, económico, realizado por un personal calificado y capacitado para realizar diversas actividades de higienización y limpieza de equipos, enseres, dependencias de la casa con la utilización de equipos de alta tecnología, facilitando en gran manera la ablución manual de la suciedad. En conclusión, se evidenció que existe un alto nivel de necesidades de servicios de limpieza a domicilio que tienen los habitantes del cantón Jipijapa porque en la pregunta # 8 que el 77% de la población afirmó requerir de este tipo de trabajo. |
| Descripción : | This research had the objective of determining the provision of cleaning services for homes and their support for the commercial dynamics of Jipijapa. An analytical, descriptive, qualitative, quantitative, bibliographic and documentary study method was applied, and the instrument was the survey questionnaire where relevant information was collected that will demonstrate the feasibility of the development of the enterprise within the locality. With the results of the investigation, the inhabitants of the Jipijapa canton will benefit since they will have the opportunity to have quality, economical work, carried out by qualified and trained personnel to carry out various activities of sanitation and cleaning of equipment, appliances, and dependencies of the house with the use of high-tech equipment, greatly facilitating the manual ablution of dirt. In conclusion, it was evidenced that there is a high level of needs for home cleaning services that the inhabitants of the Jipijapa canton have because in question # 8 that 77% of the population requested this type of work. |
