| Resumen : | La presente investigación tiene como finalidad dar a conocer la situación actual del desempleo juvenil y sus efectos socioeconómicos en los habitantes del cantón Santa Ana, esta problemática nace por la existencia de la gran cantidad de personas jóvenes que están desempleadas, lo cual es un desperdicio del capital humano y a su vez trae diferentes problemas sociales en un futuro. Para realización de esta investigación se emplearon objetivos como la identificación de las políticas laborales que inciden en la tasa de desempleo juvenil, establecer la relación existen entre el índice del desempleo y en nivel de escolaridad y determinar los problemas sociales y económicos que genera el desempleo juvenil. Se elaboraron hipótesis para ver si se cumplen dentro del campo investigativo, a su vez diversos métodos y técnicas, cuales permitieron obtener una relevante información, dejando como objeto del resultado que los jóvenes del cantón el 19% de ellos tienen empleo formal mientas que el 81% están sin desempleadas, y esto se debe a muchos factores como las políticas laborales que han demostrado mediante el estudio de campo que no ayudan a la generación de un empleo, aparte se estableció la relación que el nivel de escolaridad mientras alto sea tiene más posibilidad tener empleo y ejercer mejores cargos en empresas, también se ha identificado que los jóvenes del cantón sufren emocionalmente, y no pueden aspirar tener una mejor calidad de vida porque no tienen ingresos para satisfacer sus propias necesidades. |
| Descripción : | The present research aims to make known the current situation of youth unemployment and its socioeconomic effects on the inhabitants of the Santa Ana canton, this problem arises from the existence of a large number of young people who are unemployed, which is a waste of human capital and in turn brings different social problems in the future. To carry out this research, objectives such as the identification of labor policies that affect the youth unemployment rate were used, establish the relationship between the unemployment rate and the level of schooling, and determine the social and economic problems that youth unemployment generates. . The elaboration of hypotheses to see if they comply within the research field, in turn, various methods and techniques, which allowed obtaining relevant information, leaving as an object of the result that the youth of the canton 19% of them have formal employment while 81 % are unemployed, and this is due to many factors such as labor policies that have shown through field studies that they do not help to generate a job, apart from establishing the relationship that the level of schooling while high is more likely have a job and hold better positions in companies, it has also been identified that the youth of the canton suffer emotionally, and cannot aspire to have a better quality of life because they do not have an income to satisfy their own needs. |
