| dc.description | The present had the objective of implementing a document management web repository for the information technology career of the State University of the South of Manabí. The type of applied research techniques and strategies to carry out the information gathering process. For this, a qualitative - quantitative procedure was applied. The first method mentioned helped to elaborate the data collection instruments based on questionnaires and the quantitative method was about the development of the statistical part to measure the percentage values of the results obtained. The results allowed to analyze the current processes to define the management models that the institution requires for document management. In which it was shown that most of the file management is done manually because it is filed on physical shelves. Finally, a proposal was prepared to solve the problems found in the investigation. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente tuvo el objetivo de implementar un repositorio web de gestión documental para la carrera de Tecnologías de la Información de la Universidad Estatal del Sur de Manabí. El tipo de investigación permitió aplicar técnicas y estrategias para realizar el proceso de levantamiento de información. Para ello se aplicó un procedimiento cualitativo – cuantitativo. El primer método mencionado ayudó a elaborar los instrumentos de recolección de datos basados en cuestionarios y el método cuantitativo se trató del desarrollo de la parte estadística para medir los valores porcentuales de los resultados obtenidos. Los resultados permitieron analizar los procesos actuales para definir los modelos de gestión que requiere la institución para la gestión documental. En la que se pudo evidenciar que la mayor parte de la gestión de archivos se realiza de forma manual porque se archiva en anaqueles físicos. Finalmente se elaboró una propuesta para darle solución a los problemas encontrados en la investigación. | es_ES |
