| Resumen : | Este proyecto de investigación se refiere a la Implementación de un software para control de inventario, facturación y cartera (cuentas por cobrar) en el salón de eventos Darlene Festejos en la ciudad de Portoviejo. La razón de la creación de este proyecto es tener en claro la forma en la que laboran y se llevan a cabo los procesos de esta empresa, así como también realizar un levantamiento de la información requerida para poder automatizar el salón de eventos Darlene festejos. En el transcurso de la investigación se determinaron las causas que ralentizaban y afectaban los procesos actuales debidos a la gran información que maneja el salón de eventos Darlene festejos, gracias a esta investigación pude crear o plantear una hipótesis con el objetivo de mejorar los procesos de forma automática las cuales son, control de inventario, cuentas por cobrar, facturación, generar contratos entre otros. Las herramientas usadas para la elaboración del software en este proyecto fueron C#, con conexión a base de datos SQL Server, siendo así esta herramienta de gran agilidad al momento de la automatización de dichos procesos. La realización de este trabajo nos permitió establecer que era factible realizar una implementación de un software que automatice los procesos, porque dará resultados beneficiosos para la empresa y sus clientes. |
| Descripción : | This research project refers to the Implementation of a software for inventory control, billing and portfolio (accounts receivable) in the Darlene Festejos event room in the city of Portoviejo. The reason for the creation of this project is to be clear about the way in which the processes of this company work and are carried out, as well as to carry out a survey of the information required to be able to automate the Darlene festejos event room. In the course of the investigation, the causes that slowed down and affected current processes were determined due to the great information handled by the Darlene Festejos event room, thanks to this research I was able to create or raise a hypothesis with the aim of improving processes in a way. automatic which are, inventory control, accounts receivable, billing, generate contracts among others. The tools used for the development of the software in this project were C #, with connection to the SQL Server database, thus making this tool highly agile when automating these processes. Carrying out this work allowed us to establish that it was feasible to implement a software that automates processes, because it will give beneficial results for the company and its clients. |
