| Resumen : | La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo principal el desarrollo de políticas de seguridad de la información basada en la norma ISO 27002, con la finalidad del aseguramiento de la fidelidad, integridad y confidencialidad de la información institucional que el departamento de sistema informático resguarda, para cumplir con cada etapa del proyecto se definieron diversos objetivos en la cual se identificaron, conocieron y se establecieron puntos importantes dentro de la investigación, de manera que se procedió al desarrollo de diferentes políticas de seguridad de acuerdo a lo indicado en la norma ISO 27002 versión 2013 la cual se detalló en la base teórica, también se hizo uso de diferentes métodos entre los más relevantes tenemos el analítico- descriptivo, exploratorio, bibliográfico y propositivo de igual manera se utilizaron técnicas como la observación y la entrevista las cuales facilitaron la recolecta de información, con respecto a lo antes mencionado la investigación finalizo con el desarrollo de la propuesta de Políticas de Seguridad de la Información utilizando la Norma ISO 27002 para el Fortalecimiento de la Seguridad del Departamento de Sistema Informático de la Universidad Estatal del Sur de Manabí. |
| Descripción : | The main objective of this degree project is to develop information security policies based on the ISO 27002 standard for the computer system department of the State University of South Manabí, which aims to ensure the fidelity of the institutional information that the computer system department safeguards. In order to fulfill each stage of the project, various objectives were defined which allowed knowing, identifying and establishing important points within the research, which helped to develop policies, in the same way, the different security policies were developed according to what is indicated in the ISO 27002 version 2013 standard, which was detailed in the theoretical basis, Different methodologies and techniques were also used to facilitate the collection of information. The research ends with the development of the proposal which aims to develop Information Security Policies using ISO 27002 to strengthen the security of the Department of Computer System of the State University of the South of Manabí. |
