| Resumen : | El objetivo del presente estudio fue proponer medidas de seguridad para la implementación de repositorio de almacenamiento de documentos en la carrera de Tecnologías de la Información en la Universidad Estatal del Sur de Manabí. La problemática que se presenta, se centra en el almacenamiento y respaldo de documentos que deben protegerse contra desastres y facilitar la restauración en caso de pérdida de datos importantes. El tipo de investigación aplicado fue cualitativa – cuantitativa. En el primer método permitió la recopilación de los datos no numéricos y buscó interpretar el significado de estos datos para comprender la problemática del estudio. En los resultados los hallazgos más relevantes se deducen que la mayoría de los docentes usan respaldos digitales como CD, Archivos en PC, discos externos, escaneados con una frecuencia de 20 (34%). En el desarrollo del sistema, el diseño del flujo de datos es importante para conocer el proceso de funcionamiento de la herramienta informática. La propuesta constó de un esquema de gestión de documentos en formato digital y para ello, durante la investigación se evidencia la necesidad de implementación de este tipo de herramientas |
| Descripción : | The objective of this study was to propose safety measures for the implementation of the document storage repository in the Information Technology career at the Estatal del Sur de Manabí University. The big problem that occurs, it focuses the storage and backup of documents that must be protected against disasters and facilitate restoration in case of loss of important information. The research applied was qualitative - quantitative. In the first method will come the collection of these non-numerical data and sought to interpret the meaning of the data to understand the problems of the study. In the results, the most relevant findings are deduced a lot of teachers use digital backup such as CDs, Files on PC, external disks, scanned with a frequency of 20 (34%). In the development of the system, the design of the data flow is important to know the operating process of the computer tool.
