| dc.description | This research project consists of free software for document administration and management, focusing on the importance of proper management of information and documentation. Currently, technologies advance in a faster way than a measure that passes from it, both in companies, universities, schools among others. Orienting ourselves in the Computer and Network Engineering Career of the State University of the south of Manabí. One particularity is that it consists of the storage and retrieval of documents being handled manually and electronically, therefore, this system makes it faster and more efficient. However, it does not have a system for the documentation of the aforementioned, this provides an improvement in the development of certain processes in different organizations, due to the large storage of documents that are naturally (physical), stability in activities that this fence to do. Therefore, these records have to be organized in order to achieve speed and efficiency when locating a document, generally in large entities, a number of documents are handled on a daily basis that allow this to collect the instruments most important, resulting in the free document management software PDFelementn that allows you to edit, convert, share PDF files with their respective use of the electronic signature, allowing us the security of our documents when establishing their functions | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente proyecto de investigación consiste sobre un software libre para la administración y gestión documental, enfocándose a la importancia que tiene un manejo adecuado de la información y documentación. En la actualidad, las tecnologías avanzan de una manera rápida que a medida que pasa necesitamos de ella, tanto en las empresas, universidades, colegios entre otros. Orientándonos en la Carrera de Ingeniería en Computación y Redes de la Universidad Estatal del sur de Manabí. Una particularidad es que consiste en el almacenamiento y recuperación de documentos manejándose de una forma manual y electrónicamente, por lo tanto, este sistema lo hace más rápido y eficaz. Sin embargo, no cuenta con un sistema para las documentaciones de lo ya mencionado, esto provee un mejoramiento en el desarrollo de ciertos procesos en las diferentes organizaciones, por el gran almacenamiento de documentos siendo de forma natural (física), basándose en las actividades que esta valla a realizar. Por lo tanto, estos registros tienen que estar de manera organizada con la finalidad de lograr rapidez y eficacia a la hora de localizar un documento, por lo general en las entidades grande a diario se maneja un sin número de documentos permitiendo esto recopilar los instrumentos más importantes, dando como resultado el software libre de gestión documental PDFelementn que permite editar, convertir, compartir archivos en PDF con su respectivo uso de la firma electrónica permitiéndonos la seguridad de nuestros documentos a la hora de establecer sus funciones | es_ES |
