| Resumen : | Este proyectó de investigación tiene como propósito la aplicación de tecnologías de información y comunicación para la administración y gestión documental en la Carrera de Ingeniería en Computación y Redes. La metodología que se empleo fue cualitativa en la cual se llevó a cabo una sucesión de métodos, técnicas, población y recursos los cuales correspondieron de forma eminente para la realización del presente proyecto. Se realizó a una entrevista con la Coordinadora y Secretaria de la Carrera de Ingeniería en Computación y redes, para determinar la factibilidad de aplicar tecnologías de información y comunicación en el área de Administración y gestión Documental, lo cual dio un resultado favorable para aplicar dichas tecnologías. Finalmente se determina una propuesta la cual consiste en establecer una aplicación tecnológica para la administración y gestión documental en la Carrera de Ingeniería en Computación y Redes. |
| Descripción : | The purpose of this research project is the application of information and communication technologies for administration and document management in the Computer and Network Engineering Career. The methodology that was used was qualitative in which a succession of methods, techniques, population and resources were carried out, which corresponded in an eminent way for the realization of this project. An interview was conducted with the Coordinator and Secretary of the Computer and Network Engineering Career, to determine the feasibility of applying information and communication technologies in the area of Document Administration and management, which gave a favorable result to apply said technologies. Finally, a proposal is determined which consists of establishing a technological application for document administration and management in the Computer and Network Engineering Career. |
